The grill touts "100% satisfaction guaranteed" but has a 90 day warranty...???!! Read other reviews, they do not stand behinD their statement. Moving forward: The "porcelain" coating on lower grates is sub-par. Mine started rusting almost immediately. The "stainless steel " in the lower parts (burners, wood chip smoker tray, burner covers) all have rusted heavily. This grI'll is kept under roof and cleaned regularly. This grill is better than Char-Broil but that is amount of grill for the money, not over-all quality. If you buy from Sam's Club, buy the extended warranty. You'll get 3 years for $29.99 and that will cover all the shoddy materials that seem to break down quickly (rust). If there was at LEAST a 1 year manufacturer warranty it would be higher recommended but 90 days??!! Puuuullleeeaaase. Can we say "junk" any more clearly???

We bought this barbecue 2 years ago and the flame tamers rusted through on 2 burners within 1 1/2 year. Very dIsappointed. Sent an email about replacement parts that we never received a reply to. The cooking grate has a different criss cross type of pattern making it difficult to clean.

I purchased this grill 2 years ago now. My son-in-law put it together for me about a month later. It was in the garage the first year then covered with the cover I purchased from Sam's Club. The burners were completely gone last Christmas Holiday season and the grates fall apart when brushed in the shape of the grate. Save your money do not buy this grill if you want it to last more than a year and a half. I would give it less than one star if I could.

I've only had it for a few days now, so time will be the true judge, but so far it is great and I'm very impressed. The assembly process was very smooth -- took about 3 hours including clean-up of all packaging materials. You really get a sense of the quality of the grill materials as you assemble it. Everything is very sturdy and seems to be made with high grade parts and stainless steel. Despite some other reviews where the unit arrived damaged, I was VERY impressed with how well packaged all the parts were. The instructions were also very clear and I had zero issues with assembly (aside from locating the hidden parts packed under the grill grates!). The only negatives I can think of is that the wood smoker feature DOES indeed create a cold spot on the grill, but you just need to be cognizant of it and avoid putting your food directly over it. It also would have been nice if they had moved the propane tank tray over to one side of the bottom compartment to maximize storage space. With that said, there is still decent room underneath for storing your grilling tools. All in, I'm very pleased with my purchase and have every expectation this will be a quality grill for many years to come.

I had a Weber grill for twenty plus years and needed to replace it with something that cost less then the new Webers. The price of the Members Mark is very reasonable! I like most things about it. Not crazy about the drawer for wood chips because it leaves a cool spot under one of the burners and the porcelain grills must be of somewhat inferior quality because they are very hard to clean. Other than that, it is fine. Like the five burners, it is easy to adjust the heat, of good, heavy construction.

I bought this two years ago and the burners rusted out within a year. The burners are between $33 to $40 each to replace and you'll need to replace the crossovers at $20 each. That's $280 to $300 to replace for a grill that only cost $300. I bought this grill because the frame was solid. Next time I'll research replacement parts before purchasing a grill.

We purchased this grill in the Summer of 2017 and use this grill several times per month including throughout the winter. After 1 year 4 of the 5 burners have cracked and now I have extremely uneven flames when grilling. The flames are so wild that even the flame tamer's are ineffective. Plus, the flame tamers and the cooking grates are pitted and becoming rusted. This should not happen after just 1 year to a quality made grill. I called customer service (888-837-1380) and they said that there is only a 90 warranty. The only solution was to buy new parts. My previous grill was a Weber Genesis that I had for almost 10 years with no issues to the burners or grates, although I had to replace the Weber flame tamers after 4 years. I had to replace the electronic start button after 5 years but Weber sent me one for free. My recommendation is to avoid this grill. Very poor quality and poor customer service. You get what you pay for so opt for a premium brand versus a cheap Sams Club knock off!

We bought this grill 3 years ago, we loved it. We used a cover and stored it in a shed in the winters. The burners are all rusted and the grates are completely rusted and the grates are unsafe to grill on. The exterior of the grill still looks great. We spoke to a store associate who said to bring it in and they could replace it but not give us our money back. My wife and I took it apart and put it in the back our Jeep and headed over to the store. The same associate we spoke with then told us he could not return it or help us. I very kindly asked why and he said that I would have to deal with the number on the box. We had decided to just leave it at the store and buy a new grill elsewhere. The store associate told us they cannot take it back or even discard the faulty grill and we took it back home. They highly recommended we call the number on the box which I since have done twice. They do not answer during business hours and I am waiting for a response. This is our second Members Mark grill though a different model. Our first product was fantastic and lasted 15 years. This product is really bad. I am curious to see what 100% money back guarantee really means which is quoted on the product description. If we were told that nothing could be done when we originally called I think we would of been ok with just buying a new product elsewhere. The whole experience has been very disheartening and quite frankly making us question our patronage. Keep you posted.

Bought the unit a year she a half ago but waited several months to assemble. After using for one year and always covering it after each use, four of the five burners are completely falling apart and will soon be useless. I've never returned anything to Sam's club before but they claim to have a satisfaction guarantee...I'm not satisfied so I'll be returning. I give this grill two stars, instead on one, only because the body and grates are very solid but the grill is useless with such terrible burners.

Burner is either rutted or decayed away after only about 10 times in a summer and had grill only 2 years. thefts of the grill will not work if the burner is rutted or decayed, this is where your gay comes into the grill to make the grill work, the metal grates you cook your food on is doing the same thing.
