My husband absolutely loves this grill. It took him about 45 minutes to full assemble it when we got home from Sams. He uses it about every other day. We love how the propane tank is enclosed because we have little kids who like to play outside while their daddy is grilling. We are a family of 7 so there is plenty of room to cook everything at once. It's easy enough to use for me and its a beautiful grill that's heavy duty and stable. Would recommend to anyone.

We thought this would be a good deal. We picked it up at the store, and it was well packed, lots of styrofoam. However, once we started unpacking, we first notices a scratch on one piece. We thought, oh well. But when we continued on, we found more and more dents (and not just small ones) and scratches 10-15). Some places the porcelan had chipped off and it was already rusting! We were very carefull bringing it home, and the packing was not cracked or broken, so these had to be there (esp since they were already rusting) when they packed it. We were too far along to re-pack everything and return it, so lesson learned. One star because it does turn on.

I purchased the grill 5/12/18 and it's 8/30/19 and all of the burners have cracks and holes rusting through. I called the manufacturer and much to my surprise there is NO WARRANTY on anything other than a 90 day return of the whole grill. I was told to send in an email for a possible special consideration which I just did a few minutes ago. I would have never bought this had I realized how poor quality it was and that the manufacturer doesn't stand behind their products with a warranty. Definitely recommend spending your hard earned money on something else!

I bought this a few days ago and started putting it together today. First I discovered the left and right side cart panels had holes drilled in incorrect locations. I corrected this by drilling holes myself because I don't want to drive 2 hours to return it. Then I got to the caster wheels....some holes were on top of the frame and some on the bottom. At this point it was game over...hard to have 2 wheels on the bottom and 2 on top of the cart. The terrible quality control would lend me to believe everything you read about the poor long-term quality as well. Returning this and will buy something else...

Its a good grill nothing fancy but it gets the job done. It lasted around 2 years until burners and carry overs had to be replaced. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find replacement parts. There is only one distributor in California that supposed to provide parts. It has been 2 months and still waiting for parts to be delivered from China. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I don't recommend the grill

I researched grills for a month before purchasing this one at Sam's. It is very heavy duty and has several extra features you will not find on many grills, especially for the price. The propane bottle has a slide in and out shelf making it so easy to change the gas bottles but also helps when turning gas on and off. The smoking chip tray is another feature I didn't find elsewhere. The grilling racks are very heavy duty too and food doesn't seem to stick while your cooking but clean up well. I have only cooked on the grill three times but I love it already. The temperature is easy to control and can be maintained from lower to higher temps. I have no idea how this grill will stand up to the test of time but I am optimistic this grill will outlast others I've tried in the past.

I BOUGHT THIS 8 MONTHS AGO, WORST GRILL EVER, COOKED GREAT, SEASONED IT BEFORE WE USED IT. NOW THE GRATES HAVE RUSTED, 3 OF THE 5 BURNERS HAVE BLOWN. CALLED COMPANY TO REPLACE THE ITEMS WOULD COST ME MORE THAN A NEW ONE. WHAT 100% GUARANTEE ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT.

Save your money. We have to replace the burners and grates as they have completely rusted out. We may have had if for 3 years but I believe it is only 2. Parts are either non existent or not easy to come by as no one sells them locally or online. I was able to locate the email address for parts in a response to a previous review, however they have not replied back to me.

I bought this two years ago and the burners rusted out within a year. The burners are between $33 to $40 each to replace and you'll need to replace the crossovers at $20 each. That's $280 to $300 to replace for a grill that only cost $300. I bought this grill because the frame was solid. Next time I'll research replacement parts before purchasing a grill.

I bought this in Oct of 17 and it is completely rusted, 4 out of the 5 burners are completely disintegrated. The grates are rusted to the point of it being unhealthy to use. It is so rusted that I would have to "cut the screws to replace the burners", advice given by the maker of the grill. Sam's Club, Sam's Club.com and Rankam ( the maker of the grill) have all pointed fingers and directed me to do this and that, but none taking responsiblity for their poorly made product or honoring customer satisfaction.
