This grill will make me question every Members Mark product moving forward. The grill has never cooked right with significant differences in temperature from the front and back. The grill also has a significant design flaw where it burns a hole in the side of the grill due to the way the propane is pushed down the burner tubs. As the fire hits the back of the grill it tees off. On the two end burners it causes this tee to also burn a hole in the side of the grill. In the below photo you can see the fire hitting the side of the grill. On the other side of my grill it burned a hole through the steel. I have had the grill for a few years now and noticed the the above issues about a year after i purchased it.

This grill is outstanding. Should take you a couple of hours to put together. Fired it up last night. Brought temp up to 400 degrees and let sit 5 minutes to burn off factory residue. Purchased copper grilling pads . Placed them on the grill grates, threw 5 marinated chicken breasts on, and cooked them about 10 minutes until they hit 150+ degrees. I don't usually cook with any marinades because they ruin the grill. Not so with the copper pads. Chicken came out perfect. My grill still looks like new. Outstanding features: heavy grilling plates which sear the meat, heavy duty lid which I was able to maintain 400 degrees with only one burner on, quality parts throughout the whole grill. Other complaints on internet were about the grill plates, so I bought the copper pads. Wish I had known about these years ago. They distribute heat evenly, and keep all juices on top of the plates, while searing the meat, so they don't run down and ruin everything below. Highly recommend this grill!!

I just assembled the grill and it was easy to do. The instructions were great, with big print and no typos. The sequence of steps was easy to follow. But, it did take me two hours to assemble. All the parts are well marked. They even provide a screwdriver and wrench in the packet. However, I recommend you have a sturdy Phillips head screwdriver of your own to make sure the screws are tight. Overall, I was very happy with the assembly process. I haven't used the grill yet, so stay tuned for a review after I try it out a few times.

I bought this grill about 3 years ago. I love the quality of the grill, (especially the porcelain components) which I feel is comparable to the more expensive name brands. I grill year round. I finally needed new burners, flame carriers, and flame tamers. So I emailed customerservice@rankam.com for original parts. They got right back to me, and I have original parts on the way. I love this grill, especially the cooking surface, and I'm looking forward to another 3 years with it.

I purchased this gill last year (2019) for my husband's Fathers Day gift. This year (2020) he could hardly use it because all (5) burners are rusted out. I'm extremely dissapointed. To add insult to injury, we cannot find any a company that sells replacement parts for this model. Does Sams Club or anyone have recommendations.

I have owned this grill for less than 18 months and use it around 3 time a week. The grill sets on a covered deck and always have a grill cover on it when not in use. Turns out, its just like most other grills! The burners have already started to rust out and development cracks and holes with prevents proper flame control. Very disappointed in the quality of the burners. I have started to search the internet for replacements burners, but as of yet, no luck.

Loved this grill when we bought it, the heavy duty construction and the cooking surface was exactly what we were looking for. As a family of 6 we found the large cooking surface perfect for our needs. After 13 Months the grill is useless, the burners are rusted to the point of near destruction; especially the right side. I can't control the temperature and now the cooking surface is damaged due to over heating. I can't find parts to replace the burners or the grilling surface and will most likely have to buy a new grill.. even tho this one is still in brand new condition. VERY Disappointed and I must say I have never had a bad experience with a SAMS (members mark) branded product until this.

I have had my mm grill for a year and a month now. Like several others I noticed higher flames at crossbar and after removing grates and burner covers, discovered burners are falling apart. From what I have read, r replacement parts are impossible to find. Nice grill otherwise.

This should be a 5-star rating. We couldn't find another grill of this quality in this price point anywhere. The steel is a good solid gauge, the hinge points are strong, it is an all-around solid grill. However, we are on our second Member's Mark Stainless Steel and Porcelain 5-Burner Gas Grill. We had the first one for 18 months before the cast iron grates became so rusted that it was unsafe for cooking. We seasoned them and tried to take care of them but this is Florida and iron rusts. So the flaw with this grill is that you can't get parts. Why manufacture a grill that you can get replacement parts for it? At least make the grates available. And, unfortunately, I could not find an cooking grates that would fit. Luckily, Sam's honors the warranty on this beast. The bad part is that we had to take our old grill back to Sam's and assemble a new one, just to replace some cooking grates. The good part is that I have a brand new grill. So right now, I couldn't call this grill a good long-term investment: make it past the warranty and you are going to be out of luck. Kudos to Frankie (manager) for getting us squared away and reporting the lludicracy up the chain. Hopefully the Member's Mark will start making parts available soon.

Over the many years I've been around, I have owned several gas grills. I bought this exact model grill from Sam's club about 4 years ago and it is still in like new condition. Everything still works perfect as it should including the push button starter. Granted, I keep it covered when not in use, but when you spend over $300 on a grill, why not spend a few dollars more to keep it protected. I highly recommend this grill..
