I owned an earlier model of this Sam's grill and loved it. It lasted for 7 plus years and I only had to replace 3 (of 4) burners in that time. It did not get super hot but with the side searing station that did not matter much. I was looking forward to a long and happy relationship with the new version but sadly it is not to be! First of all this new model is the hottest grill I have ever owned. With just 2 burners (out of 5) on it jumps to 400 degrees in just a few minutes! Turn on another burner and you get into the danger zone and even the handle on the grill lid requires a hot pad or towel just to open and close the fiery beast! That was the good news about the grill. The bad is I have owned it for 20 days and it is already rusting on the side tables! If it is shiny it will soon be rusty! I never post reviews about products but this one is so pathetic that I thought I should go on a rant and post a warning about this piece of junk! I tried to post some pics of the rusty bits but that did not work.

I purchased this gill last year (2019) for my husband's Fathers Day gift. This year (2020) he could hardly use it because all (5) burners are rusted out. I'm extremely dissapointed. To add insult to injury, we cannot find any a company that sells replacement parts for this model. Does Sams Club or anyone have recommendations.

I love the grill, but the burners rusted or burned out after 2 seasons (on a covered porch). I could've bought a budget grill if that's the quality I wanted. I contacted the company that is responding to the reviews and they want $10 per burner. I'm going to take a gamble and order a set online. Wish me luck!

Within 10 months, two burners started to flame due to corrosion holes. I gave in and ordered burners after backorder delay and even paid $14+ shipping. Then the problems with this grill continue. It is virtually impossible to remove the igniter from the old burner and I am not inexperienced with maintaining things. Not only should the burners not have corroded like this, but they cannot even be maintained. Plus, all of the burner mounts are also corroded to the point they are not functional. Sams is remiss at giving this a Member's Mark name.

Bought it on 25/8 at Sam's, and installed it over the labor day weekend. The last part of the installation is the top burner that came as one piece with the cover attached. The paint near the handle was peeling off already as soon as I removed the plastic cover (trying to attach a picture to this review without luck) - looks ugly. Very disappointed, and wondering how long the rest of the paint/coating will last - can't think about the grill itself - waste of money and energy.

We just bought the grill and have used it several times and we love it. Really a great grill especially for the price. However, I am having problems finding a cover. All the covers state they are 25.25" width but all the covers are 24" Wide. Is there a cover to fit this grill?

This grill made it one entire season. Purchased it the end of 2017. It has been under roof the entire time. I went to wipe the dust off this year and you can peel all of the porcelain off with your fingers. Worst purchase ever. I have had other Porcelain grills and none have done this and they lasted for years. I expect the inside to go bad, but not the outside.

Bought mine about a year and a half ago. Burners have huge holes in thems spitting out huge balls of flames. So being frustrated I read these reviews and the response... In each response from the manufacturer they recommend emailing them directly. So I did that. Emailed them before writing my bad review... Guess what no response

I bought this grill about 3 years ago. I love the quality of the grill, (especially the porcelain components) which I feel is comparable to the more expensive name brands. I grill year round. I finally needed new burners, flame carriers, and flame tamers. So I emailed customerservice@rankam.com for original parts. They got right back to me, and I have original parts on the way. I love this grill, especially the cooking surface, and I'm looking forward to another 3 years with it.

Like the title says I'm a very picky customer, To the point I passed up on the already assembled unit so I was sure it was put together correctly and all parts were correct.. Now some reviews have stated installation was hard and the fitment of parts was off... I can't say I had that problem.. In fact install took me less than 1.5hrs and I was cleaning the stainless as I went along.. It went together like a Swiss watch. All parts lined up and the instructions were easy to understand. I have owned the older unit that looked just like this but maybe 3-4yrs older. Members Mark Grills in my opinion give those famous other Grills something to worry about. This grill is very nice and for the money you can replace it in 4 yrs and not cry when it's time to trade up for a newer model. I only wish they kept the rear inferred bar on the back like the older model had but the improvements make up for that.. Honestly if set next to a $600+ grill you couldn't tell the difference. Well done Sam's Club on a nice grill!
