Solid Grill, relatively easy to install

Bought this to replace a 5 burner I'd had for 5 years. Feels solidly built. Instructions are actually pretty good to install, but I'd recommend unboxing EVERYTHING before starting. I thought they shorted me the caster wheels for the bottom and a couple of other parts, but they were inside the grill body under the lid. Everything else was in a box on top of the grill body. After assembly I fired it up and let it get to about 500 F to burn off the factory oil/grease. Next night I grilled chicken and can tell that the grates will need seasoning but it cooks evenly, no hot or cold spots. Only issue with quality was some very small scratches on the top of the side burner, but I very well could have done that when I was putting it together. Bottom line is that for $300 bucks this feels like a solid grill. If it doesn't last I'll update the review.

Overall Practical Grill for about 1 year

I bought the grill about 1 year ago with the grill cover and some accessories. But within 1 year 4 out of the 5 burners rusted through. And now the back Main burner or gas transfer tubing is rusting out. Also the Porcelain grill is rusting and chipping so bad that I will have to replace that as well! I researched all of these parts online and they are not available to purchase through the manufacturer and to me a grill that cost $300 should last more then 1 year. Dont they know grills are kept outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Happy

DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL

I bought this on Saturday, had two guys load it on my truck, drove home and had a neighbor help me unload it. Opened the box and discovered on of the base legs was broken because it was not welded correctly. Got my neighbor to help load it back on the truck, drove back , had guys help me unload it and exchanged it for a new one. The had two guys load it on the truck, drove home and got the neighbor to help unload it. Opened the box and found the same problem, the leg was broken as a result of not being welded correctly. Time to take it back and go to another store for a grill that is made well. Stay away from this grill as it is cheaply made and not dome correctly

Members Mark Gas Grill Model #GR2210601-MM-00

I purchased this gill last year (2019) for my husband's Fathers Day gift. This year (2020) he could hardly use it because all (5) burners are rusted out. I'm extremely dissapointed. To add insult to injury, we cannot find any a company that sells replacement parts for this model. Does Sams Club or anyone have recommendations.

Disappointed

I bought this grill on May 12 and assembled it the next day. I was so excited about this purchase! Unfortunately, I have to give this grill a poor rating as all of th knobs have warped and cracked within 3 weeks! Have kept it under a very nice cover and only got to use it 4 times! The stainless steel and casters are solid, but the grill in unusable.

Good Value & Cooks Great

I bought this grill about 2 months ago. It cooks great, although it takes some getting used to because the 5 burners put out so much heat that you have to adjust your cooking times down. Their are onlt two draw backs. The wheels turn very hard making it hard to move. The 2nd draw back is I can not find a cover to fit it. The closest one is a Weber cover for their Genesis Series. Please let me know how I can get a quality cover that fits this grill. It is taller and deeper than most comparable grills. Sam's Club does not carry a cover that fits it and neither do any of the big box stores..

Solid Construction but poor quality burner tubes!!

I have owned this grill for less than 18 months and use it around 3 time a week. The grill sets on a covered deck and always have a grill cover on it when not in use. Turns out, its just like most other grills! The burners have already started to rust out and development cracks and holes with prevents proper flame control. Very disappointed in the quality of the burners. I have started to search the internet for replacements burners, but as of yet, no luck.

Nice grill, Good Value, but with a big problem

Bought this grill about 1 year ago, since for the price (299) it was a great size, with lots of stainless steel and nicer features than other retail/brand names. Definitely felt like you get the "club" discount. Did a great job grilling last year, though we struggled with flair ups a bit. Overall, cleaning is not too difficult, though it could be easier. Flame deflectors are holding up OK so far, but only one year in. *** PROBLEM *** I uncovered it a few days ago after being on the patio, covered all winter and discovered that virtually ALL of the black paint on the right cabinet door had flaked off and there was light rust on the door. Interestingly, the left door paint is in decent shape still. Looks like a coating quality issue. For an otherwise decent grill, but that paint quality issue is VERY disappointing. I have kept it covered with a good heavy grill cover since brand new and yet it now looks like an old worn out grill instead of the sharp looking stainless beast it was just a year ago. Hopefully I can find some resolution for this...

Yep me too! Burners are done!

Bought mine about a year and a half ago. Burners have huge holes in thems spitting out huge balls of flames. So being frustrated I read these reviews and the response... In each response from the manufacturer they recommend emailing them directly. So I did that. Emailed them before writing my bad review... Guess what no response

Cover coating peeling off out of the box

Bought it on 25/8 at Sam's, and installed it over the labor day weekend. The last part of the installation is the top burner that came as one piece with the cover attached. The paint near the handle was peeling off already as soon as I removed the plastic cover (trying to attach a picture to this review without luck) - looks ugly. Very disappointed, and wondering how long the rest of the paint/coating will last - can't think about the grill itself - waste of money and energy.
