Have yet to use it. For me, wasn't worth the hassle of repacking and swapping for another one. So according to your reply you didn't want to hear the truth that there was damage to the product.

This should be better rated, but in less than a year the gas line gave out (bad leak) and I had to go to aftermarket to find a suitable replacement part. Good luck getting original replacement parts.

This grill is amazing. The cast iron is a million times better to grill on than the stainless steel. I've had mine for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Oh and no cover needed too, still in excellent shape on the deck.

The grill looks great, operates with ease, and provides a grilled taste like no other, The only drawback is it is heavy and a little difficult to put together. Once we accomplished the assembly, the rest is 5 stars

This grill is a complete poj! Porcelain peeled off after a year! Temperature gauge nroke after a year as well. I've had alot of grills but never had one fall apart after 1 year!

purchase was made for gift but person bought for is not satisfied says is to big would like to know if can take to sams club store and exchange for smaller one if available. please advise if this is possible or not thank you.

I purchased this grill 6/18/19, kept it covered since buying it and every single part of the inside has completed rusted. Flakes of the grates are coming off and the burner shields are disintegrating. NOT a good grill.

I owned an earlier model of this Sam's grill and loved it. It lasted for 7 plus years and I only had to replace 3 (of 4) burners in that time. It did not get super hot but with the side searing station that did not matter much. I was looking forward to a long and happy relationship with the new version but sadly it is not to be! First of all this new model is the hottest grill I have ever owned. With just 2 burners (out of 5) on it jumps to 400 degrees in just a few minutes! Turn on another burner and you get into the danger zone and even the handle on the grill lid requires a hot pad or towel just to open and close the fiery beast! That was the good news about the grill. The bad is I have owned it for 20 days and it is already rusting on the side tables! If it is shiny it will soon be rusty! I never post reviews about products but this one is so pathetic that I thought I should go on a rant and post a warning about this piece of junk! I tried to post some pics of the rusty bits but that did not work.

We have owned this grill for one summer now. We like almost everything about it, except the grates. The idea of cast iron grates which hold the heat sounds good. The idea of porcelain coated grates for east cleaning sounds good. These are NOT easy to clean nor durable. The angled grates look cool, but the bars that connect the grates make them difficult to clean. The porcelain coating was reported to chip easily, so we use wood utensils and nylon brush for cleaning. Not very effective. The grates get nasty like other grates, but very difficult to clean due to the flaky coating and design. When these rust I will find an aftermarket maker of solid stainless steel grates like my previous Members Mark grill.

I bought this grill about 3 years ago. I love the quality of the grill, (especially the porcelain components) which I feel is comparable to the more expensive name brands. I grill year round. I finally needed new burners, flame carriers, and flame tamers. So I emailed customerservice@rankam.com for original parts. They got right back to me, and I have original parts on the way. I love this grill, especially the cooking surface, and I'm looking forward to another 3 years with it.
