I got this grills from my wife and kids for fathers day last year. A couple of days ago I went out to light it up. It wouldn't light so I took the grates off to see what was wrong. 2 of the 5 burners have completely rusted out. There is no top left to the burners. Thank goodness it wouldn't light. I am very disappointed. I expect more out of Sam's Club products. I would definitely not buy this grill again.

I bought this, transported 2 hours to a mountain cabin hauled it up to a second level deck, unwrapped it,sorted all the parts and began assembly. The very first 3 base parts: Side panels and rear panels are not drilled properly. More specifically the holes do not line up. Thinking maybe the directions were wrong I reversed the panels in every configuration and they do not line up. I am pretty proficient in assembly and general handyman stuff. The company says to call them and not Sam's or email them if on the weekend. Well we did both and have yet to hear a peep from the distributor. When we called Sam's they were just as unhelpful urging us to box it back up and bring it in. EASIER SAID THAN DONE. Waiting...........dismayed......

I purchased this grill.last year and I LOVE IT, it cooks EXACTLY how you want, easy cleaning, and sometimes I don't even use all 6 burners and it STILL cooks great, beat My Weber, where after 4 years, the bottom fell out and tried to catch My deck on fire, also the gas valve diaphragm failed and the burners rotted, I was looking at almost $200 just for the burners, and gas valve, what do I do about the rotten bottom so I'll take this Grill ANY DAY...

The bbq grill has a nasty intermittent habit of not getting hot. Extremely frustrating when you have guests over or are planning to quickly grill something for dinner. Haven't found the fix or reason other than possibly the regulator. I have taken the regulator on/off, switched between 2 tanks ... Living on the SW Gulf Coast of Florida, outside temperature cannot be the issue. Other than that problem, the grill is a great value when it works.

I read the reviews and this seemed to be the biggest bang for the buck. I saw in previous post that the directions weren't clear but that is not the case any longer. It went together in about an hour and if I did another , probably under forty minutes. It cooks just like the Weber I am replacing. The only complaint would be the direction of the cast iron bars are on a forty five degree angle and when you brush the grills they shift left and right. Not really a problem, just irritating. I'll try to post in six months and let you know how it's holding up.

Purchased my second of these grills 1 year ago almost to the day. The first seemed to do well but I moved and left it with the home. So when it was time to buy another I said ok let’s get the same grill and I am no so disappointed! As I said it was purchased last year as my Father’s Day 2018 gift and I spent 2 hours putting it together and expected it to last for years. Well needless to say today is Father’s Day 2019 and yesterday I had to go out and buy another grill. The burners on the grill had fallen apart and when I attempted to buy replacements they were $26 each, not worth the money. The grill had started to rust in other places that were billed as stainless steal as well so it is now bound for the scrap yard and I would not recommend anyone buying this grill or you will be replacing it in a year.

Very disappointed that in just over 1 year the burners are cracked and have holes. Also, the grates are rusting. Very disappointed in Sam’s Club for selling this product that is so cheaply made and then does not carry replacement parts. Purchased this grill on 5/29/2019 and pictures are from 5/24/2020

This Grill turned out to be disappointing on epic levels. The burners stopped working to full capacity then they burned out creating uneven cooking zones due to poor flame distribution. The grill was always covered and still rusted away to useless trash. This was a waste of hard earned money.

This grill was a nice grill for the price but then towards the end of the second summer the burners started to crack. This year, my third summer, the burners had holes and started to crumble. Yes, it was kept covered. I attempted to find replacement burners and carry overs and they are impossible to find. The screws that hold the ignition electrode to the burner are rusted and the heads crumbled when I attempted to clean them to insert the screwdriver.

I got this 2 years ago. The heat plates and the grill itself essentially started peeling apart or so it looked and then the rust started. Its always covered when I am not cooking on it and I live in an area that only rains a couple days a year. I have tried a bunch of ways to get rid of the rust but it seems like I cant ever get it all off. It is also an uncommon size so I have a hard time finding replacement grill plates. I dont even feel safe cooking on it anymore because I dont want to eat rust.
