We have had our Members Mark Stainless Steel gas grill for 3 weeks have not used it yet and the side table is starting to rust. The grill has been under our covered back porch. Our last grill from Sam's club was much better.

This grill is the best quality at the most affordable cost I have ever found. I have two homes and have one at each location. You will not find a better quality grill at any price. Fantastic!

I bought this for our lake home, and the economical price was what caught my attention. The features are wonderful and best of all, the grill has helped prepare delicious summer meals from burgers to pork loin.

I just bought one at Sam's, Bryan, Tx and paid $299.00 then I just received a message stating the same grill was now on sale for $249.00. Is there any way I can get the $40.00 I overpaid back? Please let me know.

Bought this for my new house. Wasn’t sure about buying sight unseen but glad I did. It was a little hard to put together but this grill is the bomb. I love it.

Paint is pealing off, burners are rusted even though never in the elements. No response from warranty people, tired of trying and ready to give up the fake membership...it means nothing

The bbq grill has a nasty intermittent habit of not getting hot. Extremely frustrating when you have guests over or are planning to quickly grill something for dinner. Haven't found the fix or reason other than possibly the regulator. I have taken the regulator on/off, switched between 2 tanks ... Living on the SW Gulf Coast of Florida, outside temperature cannot be the issue. Other than that problem, the grill is a great value when it works.

I bought the grill and after getting some help from a friend to bring it home, we started assembling it. However, we never had the opportunity to test it at all. We assembled the frame, but to our surprise, the wheels were missing. We then decided, well lets put it together and go to Sam's to ask for the wheels. This is kind of odd and stupid as it was going to be extremely difficult to screw those wheels to the frame after having the >150 pounds on top. Nonetheless, to our surprise and dissapointment, the gas tank holder was missing along with some other parts following. I was really dissapointed. I live about 40 miles to the closest Sam's. When we returned it the personnel was not really appealing and they gave me my money back and that was it. I cannot say is a bad grill, but I will strongly recommend to open it at the Club before taking it home.

I read the reviews and this seemed to be the biggest bang for the buck. I saw in previous post that the directions weren't clear but that is not the case any longer. It went together in about an hour and if I did another , probably under forty minutes. It cooks just like the Weber I am replacing. The only complaint would be the direction of the cast iron bars are on a forty five degree angle and when you brush the grills they shift left and right. Not really a problem, just irritating. I'll try to post in six months and let you know how it's holding up.

After 1 year burners and diffusers were rusted pretty bad. At 2 years burners and diffusers were crumbling apart and grates badly rusted. The outside of the grill still looked brand new, just bad internal parts. Luckily Sam's covered it under there guarantee and refunded the purchase price so I could purchase a higher end grill.
