While getting an electroencephalogram for neuropathy in my feet the Doctor casually mentioned she believed in B12. Started taking 2 tabs daily and the neuropathy has subsided somewhat.

This is a BARGAIN.It has a good natural cherry flavor too.This REALLY helps improve our energy levels & alertness and that's saying something since I'm only in my 20's,chuckles.This works much better than coffee and things like that.

This product was recommended to the hubster and myself by our physician. He said the best way to use it would be to put it under the tongue and let it dissolve. It has a nice little flavor and does dissolve quickly. One bottle lasts nearly a year.
