A great vitamin

Easy to take!

This product was recommended to the hubster and myself by our physician. He said the best way to use it would be to put it under the tongue and let it dissolve. It has a nice little flavor and does dissolve quickly. One bottle lasts nearly a year.

My last lab reports my doc said are using a B12 supplements, why yes I am. One per night, no other supplements showed like this one. Bioavailability is good.

I have used these off/on over the years. First, this is a lot of B12! It will definitely increase the amount of B12 in your system and fortunately B12 dissipates so you can't really harm yourself if you get too much. My main complaint is the quantity/cost. You used to get more for less, but I guess you can say that about a lot of things....

Great supplement, I have trouble absorbing vitamins and many B vitamin supplements make me nauseous. But because this one is sublingual it gets easily absorbed and for whatever reason, it doesn't make me the least bit nauseous, even on an empty stomach. AND...it comes out to $1.90 per month. You can't beat that!

Great value and tastes good.

Never tried a chewable before. But these are really quite good.
