I depend on these in the morning. I like that the taste is not overpowering, but good. They dissolve easily. Hope Sam’s doesn’t stop carrying them.

B12 is destroyed by normal stomach acids. Using sublingual allows the B12 to be absorbed and used by the body.My lab values for my B12 levels support this. Found these several years ago and have been pleased with them. Pleasant flavor with no chalkiness or foul aftertaste.

This is an exceptional choice. First, as vitamin B12 deficiency is too common, it provides a very high dose, something necessary for the many people who have difficulty absorbing B12, especially the elderly. And this is further improved by making it sublingual instead of in simple pill form. Secondly, it is in the form METHYLcobalamin, which is the active form of the vitamin, instead of the usual CYANOcobalamin, which is not. This is important because up to 30% of people have genetic problems adding the methyl group on to the B12. Lastly, it is a great price, a great value.

Before sublingual B12 came along, folks over 50 often needed B12 shots since our systems don't retain all that we need from our food. These tablets are not unpleasant, and they are certainly less trouble and less expensive than the shots!

Easy to take it dissolves quickly.

Dissolves quickly under the tongue and taste good. I only wish that it still had a score mark in the top, so I could split it. My doctor tells me that my B12 level is very high. I know that I only need half, as that's what I took for years.

Been using these for about 2 weeks. Taste is great. However, I havent noticed even an iota of increased energy. That being said, it may take more time.
