My husband needs B12 to supplement his restless leg symptoms. This is by far the best one he has used.

First, as vitamin B12 deficiency is too common, it provides a very high dose, something necessary for the many people who have difficulty absorbing B12, especially the elderly. And this is further improved by making it sublingual instead of in simple pill form. Secondly, it is in the form METHYLcobalamin, which is the active form of the vitamin, instead of the usual CYANOcobalamin, which is not. This is important because up to 30% of people have genetic problems adding the methyl group on to the B12. Lastly, it is a great price, a great value.
