I have researched Vitamin B12 and the different formulations. The sublingual Methylcobalamin form is a higher quality, more readily absorbable form. I’m so thankful I can find it for a good value at Sam’s Club.

My husband was taking weekly B-12 shots. We tried these and his blood work done a month later. B-12 levels were up enough that he was able to stop the weekly injections and switch to the B-12 sublingual. Love them

I have used this before. I tried a different b multiple vitamin. After a short time I felt tired. I went back to your product and quit the other. I felt my energy return. I will continue to use your product.

Please read the ingredients to this product, it might seem like a great deal but it's filled with very questionable ingredients. Do some research on the first two ingredients of this product before you buy it. It's really not worth it in my opinion. I would rather gather crickets from the grass and eat them to get my vitamin B-12...and i'm vegetarian.
