I think it is the perfect value for the product and I am very grateful you are rarely out of that! With the micrograms it has I only need one a day and the flavor is far better than some of the other brands so I don't mind taking it.

Love it. My nervous system was affected and caused a b12 deficiency that was affecting my sight I started taking this pill daily and my sight improved.

Please read the ingredients to this product, it might seem like a great deal but it's filled with very questionable ingredients. Do some research on the first two ingredients of this product before you buy it. It's really not worth it in my opinion. I would rather gather crickets from the grass and eat them to get my vitamin B-12...and i'm vegetarian.
