The product is high quality and great value! Taking one pill daily has increased my B12 levels tremendously in my blood work.

my family takes it everyday. As seniors it is great for us. I even have my teen age grand kids taking it. it is great for memory.

It is a Chinese made product. I would feel better with American made ingredients and willing to pay a little more.

I have researched Vitamin B12 and the different formulations. The sublingual Methylcobalamin form is a higher quality, more readily absorbable form. I’m so thankful I can find it for a good value at Sam’s Club.

Members Mark Vitamin B12 5000 mcg may be too high a dose on a daily basis. Alway check with your MD first. It is water soluble but can still raise blood levels.

My husband was taking weekly B-12 shots. We tried these and his blood work done a month later. B-12 levels were up enough that he was able to stop the weekly injections and switch to the B-12 sublingual. Love them
