I have been using this maple syrup for years. I use it for many things. It made the absolute best true Southern Pecan Pie that I ever baked (please don't use those nasty corn syrup recipes😆). I have also used it in making homemade ice cream; homemade chocolate maple creams; homemade maple nut goodies (the bomb!); homemade taffy; homemade maple nut fudge; homemade icing; homemade maple cream cheese bagels spread; homemade baked brioche maple French toast-- you name it, and this high quality maple syrup has never let down. I put it in/on old fashioned oatmeal with brown sugar and butter; gourmet coffee drinks; smoothies; pancakes and waffles; and so many other things. Drop the corn syrup syrup. This natural syrup is so much better for you. (Add a little brown sugar at first if you don't like it plain. (Tastebuds used to junk may need a tad of time to adjust!). I cannot recommend this maple syrup highly enough and the price for it just cannot be beat. It is natural, versatile, and will elevate anything that you use it in or on.
