It didn't really do much for me, I still have trouble sleeping and getting to sleep is a real hassle.

I think I lucked out and got the bottle full of sugar pills. No, really, these don't do a thing! Took as many as 5 once and didn't help with sleep. Back to name brand for us.

I have been using Members Mark supplements for years. I bought the 10 mg Melatonin a month ago. Enjoying a great night's sleep using the timed release formula. I found 2 tablets work better for me for a good sleep.

I think after taking two one a night for two nights, the first was awesome I rested all night with no disturbances. The next night however was not so good. So I am laying off the Melatonin and get into my normal sleep with out anything.

I really like the time released formula! I fell asleep and slept soundly throughout the night. I woke up a time or two during the night but promptly fell back asleep! I didn't have a morning hangover feeling but woke up alert and refreshed.

This product has proved to be totally ineffective. I have used it for 10 days and havenot experienced improved sleep; in fact, my sleeps is worse than before I tried the product. I have now discarded this product.

The pills were very easy to swallow. The melatonin works great. My husband slept through the night. Said it was very restful sleep. Will be switching to this from our current melatonin. Highly recommend for others to try.
