Wow! This is potent. I don't usually use Melatonin but I thought I would try this so that maybe I could stop dreaming all night long. I took 1 pill at 10:00PM and I slept as normal as I usually do but the next day I was a zombie. So I tried half a pill earlier like 5PM and it hit quickly but I still slept normal the rest of the night. So I tried 1/2 at 10:00PM and I did good, slept a lot better. So, it's really good, but you may need to try different times and different amounts to see what works best for you--definitely try on a weekend if you have a weekly job.
