I have a lot of trouble sleeping I have tried these 4 nights in a row and had a good nights sleep then went one night without one and did not sleep well at all No residual effects (no drowsiness or foggy feeling)

I use melatonin to help me go to sleep and stay asleep, so the timed release aspect is very important to me. I have used this brand and others, and these work great! The pills are easy to swallow, and you can't beat the price per pill from Sam's!

i rest much better since taking this product. I usually wake up several times a night and feel tired in the morning. After taking this melatonin product i get a much better night's rest. Now i wake up refreshed in the morning.

This Melatonin is great! Love the Members Mark brand and even more the price. I have ringing in the ears do to hearing loss, this Melatonin relaxes you so you can fall asleep easily . You wake up feeling great not tired.

I have gotten this product in store for many years and always been very happy. Very unhappy to find out it is no longer stocked in store, and you now force it in 20 mg dose.

Have been taking the Member's Mark Timed Release Melatonin for about 2 weeks now and have noticed better sleep. The time release helps keep me asleep and there are no morning grogginess or foggy headed feelings.

Been using for years to help a medically fragile individual go to sleep at night. We can not let our supply run low if we plan to sleep. We dissolve them and push through her Gtube every night. Great product and no clogging. Very effective.
