I think it works. I take this before bedtime instead of Tylenol PM, if I have been drinking.

I buy these Member's Mark time release melatonin instead of the name brand.  They work great!

I was really hopeful these would work for me, but they either did nothing at all or caused mild upset stomach. I see mixed reviews for this product. It seems there is either a production issue (some reviews say it seems like a placebo) or maybe it's simply that melatonin is hit or miss. based on each individual.

Unfortunately these didn't work for me

These melatonin tablets are a reliable, pleasant way to get to sleep.  They have a soft texture, dissolve readily in your mouth and have a slightly sweet, fruity flavor.  They help to relax and settle your thoughts so that you can drift into sleep without any other aids.
