I have used the Super B-Complex supplement for several weeks. The vitamin is easy to take as it is a small pill. Due to the a short period of time consuming the supplement, I cannot comment on its efficacy. Based on the label, it is very comprehensive in B vitamins and therefore I would recommend for those that are looking to increase their consumption.

I’m bumping the mid-60s and decided it’s time to focus more on health. Dropped about 15 lbs and looking a lot more at nutrition and what I eat. As we age, it is more important to make sure our body is getting what it needs to stay healthy and defend itself from disease. These vitamins seem to have a lot of what our bodies need to do that. I also like starting my day by taking one of these as a reminder for me to focus on health and nutrition for the rest of the day.

A good B-Complex to add to your vitamin regimen for a little extra boost of energy. This is typical of what energy shots include, without the caffeine. The flip-top lid is a nice feature that makes it easier to pop the top and shake a pill or two into your hand. The pills themselves are a bit on the larger size, but still manageable.

It is difficult to review something time released like vitamins. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of multivitamin. My urine is yellow, as one would normally expect from a multivitamin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.

I like that an attempt has been made to make a natural product. I would like to see an even better product that uses natural ingredients for the fillers. Whether or not it gives me more energy, as it claims, the B vitamins are essential to good health so therefore this is a great supplement.

I have taken this B complex for several weeks, waiting to write review until I knew for sure how it works. I personally cannot tell a difference in when I take the B-complex and when I don't. I have takin this everyday for several weeks. My urine is bright yellow, but not able to feel any difference. It leaves the vitamin taste in my mouth for a minute or two after taking. I was really hoping that it would work on me. Maybe my levels aren't as low as suspected hence the bright yellow urine. May work better for someone that has lower levels.

The directions are to take it with a meal. I would suggest you take it promptly after a meal. They did make my stomach hurt, but maybe after a meal would be better than just before. They are a great size and easy to swallow. This vitamin B-complex does have added biotin which is good. Vitamin B is known to give a boost of energy, but dont expect that if you aren't eating very healthy.

I have been taking this supplement every morning with breakfast (usually oatmeal with toast or yogurt with fruit) for a little over two weeks. I am beginning to notice an increase in energy and mental focus (an unexpected benefit). I love that these supplements are small and easy to swallow. They also have a very mild scent unlike some supplements with unpleasant smells that make them difficult to swallow. I will continue to take this supplement.
