Members Mark Super B-Complex Dietary Supplement is very well described on its label. I feel it has great pictures of the product and excellent labeling of the contents. I have personally been taking the supplements for added immune strength and memory and feel extremely renewed. I will continue to use as one my daily supplements. I trust Members Mark Supplements.

The directions are to take it with a meal. I would suggest you take it promptly after a meal. They did make my stomach hurt, but maybe after a meal would be better than just before. They are a great size and easy to swallow. This vitamin B-complex does have added biotin which is good. Vitamin B is known to give a boost of energy, but dont expect that if you aren't eating very healthy.

I’m not a big vitamin taker but I wanted to give this Super B Complex a try in hopes of having more energy and just feeling better all around. After a couple of weeks I can tell a slight increase in my stamina and general well being. Hopefully, it will only get better. Big plus is it make my wife happy when I take my vitamins.

I have been taking this supplement every morning with breakfast (usually oatmeal with toast or yogurt with fruit) for a little over two weeks. I am beginning to notice an increase in energy and mental focus (an unexpected benefit). I love that these supplements are small and easy to swallow. They also have a very mild scent unlike some supplements with unpleasant smells that make them difficult to swallow. I will continue to take this supplement.
