I am just getting back on course to obtain a healthier regiment, these vitamins are certainly giving me a strong head start. My energy has increased leaves are steadily increasing and I am able to really do things and chase behind my 3 small grandchildren.I would recommend these pills to anyone looking for a boost of energy

As always Sams Club has good value on their vitamins. I have been taking B complex for awhile and I find that I have more energy and feel rested when waking up. I also find that when I stop taking this I feel the difference tired and sluggish during the day. Recommend to anyone having problems with energy.

It has an easy open top and only one a day will keep you going for almost a year. It also is gluten and lactose free for anyone that might have an issue with either or both of these, along with no synthetic dyes or artificial flavors.

A good B-Complex to add to your vitamin regimen for a little extra boost of energy. This is typical of what energy shots include, without the caffeine. The flip-top lid is a nice feature that makes it easier to pop the top and shake a pill or two into your hand. The pills themselves are a bit on the larger size, but still manageable.

I have been taking this for about 3 weeks. I seem to have some increased energy. I have lost a couple of pounds since taking. Urine is bright yellow from the vitamin. Pill size is easy to swallow. I have always been pleased with Members Mark quality compared to name brand. Price is reasonable.

So I’ve been taking this for a while now and can actually feel a difference. A little more energy maybe slightly clearer. That one is more difficult to say and justify, so just a feeling. I’m not a big vitamin taker but I wanted to give this Super B Complex a try in hopes of having more energy and just feeling better all around. The pill is small enough to make it easy to swallow. The directions say to take with food, so I have done that, and I have experienced no stomach distress.
