We like the combination of the B vitamin complex in the Super B-Complex. It helps provide more energy to get through the day when we don't get enough B vitamins in our food because of our pace of life. The amount of pills in the bottle, gets us a half year of the supplement for a great price.

I was looking for a good B complex. When I came across this at Sam's I thought it was a good value and wanted to try it . I have several chronic health conditions including neuropathy. I was wanting to increase my b vitamins to decrease the neuropathy and increase my energy. I take 1 tablet around lunch time. I absolutely feel the difference and have more energy. I am not taking 2 hours naps daily and can function the entire day . My pee is a bright neonish color that is normal from an abundance of b vitamins. If your looking for B vitamins give this a try.

I’ve been taking this for a while. About a month ago I gave some to my brother to try since I noticed that he was lacking energy. He used them all and came back to me to ask me to order him some more. He’s a plumber and has to climb lots of stairs regularly as well as stooping and other physical moves. He said that he had been getting out of breath going up the stairs and since taking this vitamin he has been able to go, go, go! I’m so happy for him! He gave some to our 80yr old mother to help her get more energized too!

I started taking this about two weeks ago and have had good results so far. I seem to have more energy and feel better now. Most complex supplements leave a bad taste in your mouth but these have not.

Great vitamin but I'm not real keen that it turns my urine a bright yellow. Guess that's to be expected.

The product has all of the ingredients recommended for super-b complex. However, they really should coat each of the tablets with something that would suppress the awful smell and taste. Some of my friends and I have issues trying to take the tablets due to the smell.
