I love the members mark brand. This is the first time I have tried there vitamins. The B complex is a small pill easy to swallow. I will try all the member mark brand Vitamins. The price is very low compared to other brands.

I have been taking the B family of vitamins and supplements for years following an accident when I was a teenager. This formulation contains all I need that I was often getting from multiple tablets in one! Plus, I get a daily dose of Vitamin C! Great product with super benefits.

So I’ve been taking this for a while now and can actually feel a difference. A little more energy maybe slightly clearer. That one is more difficult to say and justify, so just a feeling. But I’ve tried so many vitamins over the years that are nothing more than money down the drain that to find one that works is fantastic. So try it and see if it works for you.

These arrived over a week ago, so I might need to update this review in the future. I began using these vitamins immediately, and I am convinced I can already see an increase in my energy level. The pill is small enough to make it easy to swallow. The directions say to take with food, so I have done that, and I have experienced no stomach distress. Based on my experience I would highly recommend these vitamins.

It is difficult to review something time released like vitamins. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of multivitamin. My urine is yellow, as one would normally expect from a multivitamin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.
