I love the members mark brand. This is the first time I have tried there vitamins. The B complex is a small pill easy to swallow. I will try all the member mark brand Vitamins. The price is very low compared to other brands.

Vitamin B is very important for daily consumption. This multivitamin is very effective and compared favorably to other more expensive options. Easy to swallow and good quality and consistency. Definitely notice days when I don't take it.

I started taking this product to see if my energy level would increase since this was a B-complex. This Super B-complex seems to give more energy for me since started taking. However, it does have a vitamin taste when taking the tablet. Also, the urine will be bright yellow.
