I’ve taken these B-Complex tablets for about 30 days. They are easy to swallow with no aftertaste and you only need to take one each day. There are no dyes, gluten, artificial flavors, or lactose. You get the benefit of 10 vitamins/supplements in each tablet. Each bottle provides 300 tablets, almost enough for an entire year.

I have used this product over the last two months. The size of the pills are fine, and I like that it contains no dyes, sugar, gluten, nor lactose. Not sure if it is helping me with energy as I am and have been in good shape for a 55 year old. The only minor negative I have is that it does have a vitamin aftertaste that reminds me of taking vitamins as a child.

I’ve been taking this for a while. About a month ago I gave some to my brother to try since I noticed that he was lacking energy. He used them all and came back to me to ask me to order him some more. He’s a plumber and has to climb lots of stairs regularly as well as stooping and other physical moves. He said that he had been getting out of breath going up the stairs and since taking this vitamin he has been able to go, go, go! I’m so happy for him! Received these a few weeks ago. Opening the bottle had a very strong medicine smell.. wasn’t sure how these would work. But so far they are easy to swallow and no after taste, like some vitamin have. Would recommend if you need a boost of b. Vitamins. Extra energy or just revive your energy

This is probably the most complete formulation of B6 (294%), and B12 ( 4167%) vitamins in one package. You only need to take one tablet per day. There are also a host of other vitamins as well as some vitamin C. The 300 tablets are good for almost a year, and the expiration date shows EXP 03/25. Buy this one with the black top, because they sometimes will replace stock with a weaker B Complex made by Members Mark.

I have been taking it for two weeks and starting to feel a difference in energy levels. I have been taking 2 tablets in the morning before breakfast and have not bother my stomach at all. Will continue to use it. I am curious about its lasting benefits.

I was looking for a good B complex. When I came across this at Sam's I thought it was a good value and wanted to try it . I have several chronic health conditions including neuropathy. I was wanting to increase my b vitamins to decrease the neuropathy and increase my energy. I take 1 tablet around lunch time. I absolutely feel the difference and have more energy. I am not taking 2 hours naps daily and can function the entire day . My pee is a bright neonish color that is normal from an abundance of b vitamins. If your looking for B vitamins give this a try.
