It is difficult to review something time released like vitamins. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of multivitamin. My urine is yellow, as one would normally expect from a multivitamin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.

As always Sams Club has good value on their vitamins. I have been taking B complex for awhile and I find that I have more energy and feel rested when waking up. I also find that when I stop taking this I feel the difference tired and sluggish during the day. Recommend to anyone having problems with energy.

It has an easy open top and only one a day will keep you going for almost a year. It also is gluten and lactose free for anyone that might have an issue with either or both of these, along with no synthetic dyes or artificial flavors.

I had been taking B Complex in a gummie form but switched to these tablets as they were much less expensive and a much larger quantity. Not sure why they turn the urine a very bright yellow color but this is a drawback for me as keeping an eye on the color of my urine helped me know if I was taking in enough fluids throughout the day thus keeping my kidney function where it should be. Not the end of the world but a game changer for me.

I started taking this product to see if my energy level would increase since this was a B-complex. This Super B-complex seems to give more energy for me since started taking. However, it does have a vitamin taste when taking the tablet. Also, the urine will be bright yellow.

A good B-Complex to add to your vitamin regimen for a little extra boost of energy. This is typical of what energy shots include, without the caffeine. The flip-top lid is a nice feature that makes it easier to pop the top and shake a pill or two into your hand. The pills themselves are a bit on the larger size, but still manageable.
