It is difficult to review something time released like vitamins. You don't notice an immediate difference in how you feel, especially if you have already been taking the same kind of multivitamin. My urine is yellow, as one would normally expect from a multivitamin, so they must be doing the trick, but since there is no appreciable difference, it's tough to cheerlead for this particular product.

I have been taking this supplement every morning with breakfast (usually oatmeal with toast or yogurt with fruit) for a little over two weeks. I am beginning to notice an increase in energy and mental focus (an unexpected benefit). I love that these supplements are small and easy to swallow. They also have a very mild scent unlike some supplements with unpleasant smells that make them difficult to swallow. I will continue to take this supplement.

I have been taking the B family of vitamins and supplements for years following an accident when I was a teenager. This formulation contains all I need that I was often getting from multiple tablets in one! Plus, I get a daily dose of Vitamin C! Great product with super benefits.

I have taken this B complex for several weeks, waiting to write review until I knew for sure how it works. I personally cannot tell a difference in when I take the B-complex and when I don't. I have takin this everyday for several weeks. My urine is bright yellow, but not able to feel any difference. It leaves the vitamin taste in my mouth for a minute or two after taking. I was really hoping that it would work on me. Maybe my levels aren't as low as suspected hence the bright yellow urine. May work better for someone that has lower levels.

I’m bumping the mid-60s and decided it’s time to focus more on health. Dropped about 15 lbs and looking a lot more at nutrition and what I eat. As we age, it is more important to make sure our body is getting what it needs to stay healthy and defend itself from disease. These vitamins seem to have a lot of what our bodies need to do that. I also like starting my day by taking one of these as a reminder for me to focus on health and nutrition for the rest of the day.
