This product would have received at least 5 stars. The reason for the rating is the difficulty I have opening the individual package. The flaps along the lond edge are a pain to separate. Especially with larger or arthritic fingers. All other brands that I have used open from the short end which has uneven flaps that are extremely easy to peel apart. The strip itself is great! The adhesive adheres whether your face has been washed or not. And it stays stuck until you want to peel it off. The plastic inside of the strip could be a bit stiffer to hold the nostrils open wider. But this is a very good product.

These work much better for me than the "name" brand did...which I used for about two years. One day Sam's didn't have the BR Heavy Duty box so I reluctantly purchased the Sam's Brand. What luck! BIG IMPROVEMENT. The outer more flexible "corners" on the Sam's hold better and are not easily "snagged" like the sharp pointed BR's. For me...Sam's stay on all night... the BR came off way too often... like...1 every week or so. The "springy-ness" of BR was slightly better but they just wouldn't stay on my nose even when I made sure I washed my face before using. YMMV.

Like others, I have been using the tan Breath Right strips for years and really like them. I bought a box of the Member's Mark strips after Sam's changed from the Breathe Right brand to its own in-store brand and found them to be so inferior, I will not buy them again. As others have pointed out, the Member's Mark strips are very hard to get out of the wrapper, and then once you put them on, they aren't as effective as the Breath Right strips, they don't stay on as well, and they don't stay on as long. While I generally like store-brand products that are substantially similar to the brand-name products, that is not the case with the nose strips. Sam's executives, PLEASE bring back the tan Breath Right strips. (The clear strips are not as good as the tan strips.) Otherwise, I will stop buying nose strips from Sam's and start buying the Breath Right brand strips elsewhere. Thank you!

Based on so many other people's positive reviews I took a chance on these nasal strips. But I must have been allergic to something in these because they itched terribly within 2 minutes of applying them (unlike the brand name product-- Breathe Right-- which I had been using). I couldn't even leave them on. Sadly I had to return them. .

I had been using Breathe Right Strips since they first came out and I had never slept the night without using them. I never did like the cost but I tried various other manufacturers over the years and none of them worked nearly as well. Then one day I am shopping at Sam's as I usually do now and lo and behold they were out of Breathe Right. Well, I did not expect the Sam's Club brand to work nearly as good but for the price I thought what the heck I'll give them a try just like I have tried other brands before. Well, the very first impression I had was trying to open the individual package and finding the same problems that other people here have related to and have even condemned this product because it was so difficult to get into the individual wrappers. Well I struggled with the first one and I sure am glad that I did because I found at this nasal strip is far better all the way around then the best Breathe Right Strips. For one thing, I was always having a difficult time getting the Breathe Right glue off of my nose after removing the strip even to the extent that I was rubbing the glue off hours later during the day. Neither soap and water nor rubbing alcohol seem to help at all. The only thing that seemed to work was actually rubbing the glue off with my fingers and that took a while and was quite a hassle. I have found that the Sam's Club brand of nasal strips works at least as well if not considerably better than the Breathe Right extra and they do not leave behind any residual glue to mess with. All of this of course at a fraction of the price that you have to pay for the Breathe Right Strips. Now then, for the rest of the good news. Several people have reported and probably thousands have experienced a great problem opening the individual nasal strip packages. As I mentioned, I also experienced this problem on the first few of them and then I actually stopped and used my brain a little bit and figured out a way to open them even more easily than the Breathe Right Packages. It's really extremely simple and they should actually put these directions on the packages themselves but here we go. Along one side of the individual package is a small separation that you are supposed to be able to pull apart in order to open the package. Unfortunately those two little pieces are still usually stuck together so that you cannot get your thumbnail or your fingernail in there to spread them apart so you that you can pull the package open. Frankly you can't even get the tip of a knife blade in there but do not dismay. Simply hold the individual rapper with the opening side facing you where you would normally try to spread the two pieces apart. Now simply put your lips together fairly tightly and blow against the edge of the rapper and lo and behold those two pieces will open up nice as can be and you can now finish the process of opening the rapper with your fingertips. This works first time every time and it is absolutely foolproof Once again, just blow a sharp stream of air into the edge that opens and it will open the package far enough for you to continue opening it with your fingertips. I hope that everybody picks up on this because they are really missing out if they are still using the Breathe Right Strips instead of the Sams Club Member's Mark brand.

Been using Breathe Rights for 10 years. Theses are the same thing at a fraction of the cost!

Work great, and I prefer them to the big brand. But, why is it that when I need them, they're never in stock? The club no longer carries them, so I have to rely on online.

Works great. My son and I’ve been buying Sams nasal strips for years. Price is so reasonable comparing to the Breathe right and works great in reducing snore. I don’t see them displayed on shelf at any Sams around here so I just order online. Hope Sam’s will start carrying them at the store. Hope a Sams won’t discontinue them.

These nasal strips are much better than the Breathe Right strips. Breathe right leaves sticky glue on the nose which is very difficult to get off. The Members Mark Strips hold great, stick great and easily come off. If they are holding too tight, you can wet them and they come right off. So much better than the rest!

These nasal strips help me breathe every night. I've been using them for years. The name brand (which shall remain nameless) would tear the skin off my nose in the regular version and wouldn't stay on my nose in the sensitive skin version. The Members Mark nasal strips stay on and - if you are slowly pull it off, doesn't tear up your skin.
