Better than the name brand!

My opinion, as of June 2026, far superior to the Breathe Right sensitive skin strips Sam's sells as these stay put, truly open up the nose, and don't come off/leave a residual film like the BR product. It seems it's the top tension mechanism that really makes these shine, it acts almost independently from the lower larger part of the strip, works great in tandem. I honestly wouldn't change anything about these strips, they're awesome. Perfect balance of effectiveness, practicality, and value. Sure, it's better to take your time pulling it off, but if that's the only downside, I'm agreeable.

These nasal strips are strong. They not only STAY ON all night, they STAY OPEN unlike the namebrand competition.

My husband has used these for years and can breathe soooo much better at night! He can't live without them! The Members Mark brand is just as good as the name brand

I have battled sinus problems for year. Almost as soon as I put the nasal strip on, I could tell a difference in my breathing. It really helped me to breathe and to lessen nasal drainage...especially in this cold weather.

These are not the same, flimsy, thinner, not as substantial as they were. I bought several boxes last year and got a new CPAP machine, so I hadn't purchased any for 6-8 months, and the new ones are not as strong as before.

I love these things and so does my wife. It really decreases my snoring and helps me get a better night of sleep. I try not to hit the bed without them.

Great Product, Members Mark Nasal Strips are my go to nasal strips. They work great and they stick without falling off during the night and are a reasonable price!

If you preclean your nose with alcohol, they stay on all night lending for good breathing through the night. A great value compared with the B-R brand.
