Awesome product, cheaper than originals, I started using these a few yrs ago, and when I could no loger purchase them in my local Sam's, I started ordering them online. They work great & keep me breathing well all night

I love these nasal strips and hope sams never stops carrying them! I tried them one day to see if they would help me sleep better and they are fantastic! They stick well and are way better than the name brand. I tried the name brand to see if there was a difference and these are better because they are fabric and the name brand is plastic and made my nose feel sticky! Highly recommend!

These strips work fantastic, opening up my nasal passage immediately & completely. The bond to my skin is also excellent, easily lasting all night and into the next day. I have not had any skin irritation either and I was afraid I might Outstanding product

This is a great product at a great value! I have used others products. In comparison, this one is very sturdy. This item actually stayed on all night during my slumber. I always have an issue with them coming off. Most definitely would recommend this item to friends, family, and other consumers!

These are better than Breath Right I think. Breath Right has helped before but I could really feel these open up my passages and allowed me to breath better instantly. I didn't think the packaging was difficult to open and the adhesive is very strong.

My opinion, as of June 2026, far superior to the Breathe Right sensitive skin strips Sam's sells as these stay put, truly open up the nose, and don't come off/leave a residual film like the BR product. It seems it's the top tension mechanism that really makes these shine, it acts almost independently from the lower larger part of the strip, works great in tandem. I honestly wouldn't change anything about these strips, they're awesome. Perfect balance of effectiveness, practicality, and value. Sure, it's better to take your time pulling it off, but if that's the only downside, I'm agreeable.

I wish these were still sold in the stores but am happy they a can still be ordered on line. These work just as well as the Breath-Rite and the price is certainly much better

I have been using breath rights for about 2 years , nightly. If I don't wear one I start choking. So just out of curiosity, I read some of the reviews on the Sam's/Walmart site on their brand of nasal strips and decided to give them a try. They are a lot cheaper than the name brand, but my question was, do they stick all night and do they work as good. Well, the answer is Yes and Yes. Actually I think they stick better and definitely have the same or even better pull. If you haven't tried them because you didn't want to take the chance on them being inferior to the original Breath rights, fear not. You won't be sorry. I'm a Sam's plus member so when I order them, shipping is also free. Probably never going back to the name brand.

This product would have received at least 5 stars. The reason for the rating is the difficulty I have opening the individual package. The flaps along the lond edge are a pain to separate. Especially with larger or arthritic fingers. All other brands that I have used open from the short end which has uneven flaps that are extremely easy to peel apart. The strip itself is great! The adhesive adheres whether your face has been washed or not. And it stays stuck until you want to peel it off. The plastic inside of the strip could be a bit stiffer to hold the nostrils open wider. But this is a very good product.
