Have been buying these napkins for years without any issues. However, something changed and in hopes of it being a one off in production I continued to buy these but the quality is terrible. I will be returning them. Complete trash, they crumble on your hands, face, mouth. Feels like you are using the lint from the clothes dryer filter instead of a napkin.

Because I have a flip phone I couldn't bring up an app to let someone know I was there for my pick up order and no one answered in customer service when I called to let them know I was there. I had to flag down someone outside. I ordered pick up service because I have bad knees problems and cannot walk into the store to shop.

Oh no, these are now to thin, cheap and crinkly in texture. I could buy this bad of quality at the regular grocery store if I wanted cheapos!!! WHAT HAPPENED? I BUY THESE FAITHFULLY. My latest purchase 9 /2023 and they've changed! ACK! If they don't revert back to their regular ply of thickness then I'll no longer be a customer. I've been loyal to these for YEARSSSSS! Please bring back the QUALITY!

It seems that they have changed the process and/or materials used to make these napkins. I have bought many packages of this item and this last purchase was terrible. The napkins leave white "fuzz" everywhere. I see other reviews stating the same thing. I will not buy these again.

I've been buying these napkins for over a decade. I just received my most recent order and I found that they are now made smaller and thinner for the same price. They used be square and were the same size as my napkin holder. Now they are a full 1-inch smaller and more of a rectangular shape. I won't buy these again.

Man I have been buying these napkins for several years and they were always as good or better then the "name brand". But... I bought a bundle of them several days ago and they changed them, and they are now like tissue paper. I mean these are now the quality of the $ store, and more expensive. It does not help to save money if you get low end quality. I will never buy these again; I guess it is back to the name brand! Horrible!

These are decent quality napkins, certainly about middle of the pack. They are relatively well textured and absorbent. One reviewer had stated that these napkins are equivalent to the Bounty brand napkins, which is why I purchased these. I would say that is not an accurate description of these napkins. These napkins are less textured, more paper like, and not as soft as the Bounty napkins. These are certainly fine napkins, but the quality is a bit less with the Member's Mark brand.

What happened??, Been buying precious versions for years. These if your hands are wet, fall apart, rip into pieces, ect. Agreed Like the others say. So, I say why is it every items gets less quality these days. Wondering if they will return to previous version??

We've used these for years with no problems, but now they leave tiny bits of paper residue on your hands and face. It took me a couple of days to figure out what was going on. At first I thought I had beard dandruff, haha. Anyway, they're terrible now and I won't buy them again.

Have bought these for years and loved them but in the last package they were changed. Paper is tissue thin now and not very strong or absorbent. The napkins in the package are all misfolded and wrinkled. Folds are off by about 1/2" on most. Will be the last time we purchase these.
