These are not the super soft Vanity Fair napkin but they do the job for which they were intended without a lot of tearing or soaking through. They're a bit better quality than the discount store brand or the generic brand at the local grocery store. The diamond design appears to be stamped on haphazardly, with some napkins having the diamonds lined up in a straight line and others with the pattern at an angle. It doesn't affect function though and is only noticeable when looking at them closely (which I did just for this review). They seem to be a little smaller than normal. I think they're making these smaller than they were before the pandemic. These measure 5 3/4" x 6 1/4". I think they used to be 6"x6".While I wouldn't use these for a formal dinner or for company, they do the job just fine for everyday use, although you'll need more than one for a greasy or messy meal.

Napkins are stiff, not soft at all

Changed the quality???? This napkins was my favorite but my last purchase they are so hard and bad quality

I have bought these napkins several times. The price is good and amount per package is also good. The quality of product on my last purchase was obviously different. There is a lint residue that is left on your mouth when used and feels like you are using a tissue texture product, not as durable as expected.

These napkins changed, they are much thinner and no longer any good. When you wipe your mouth while eating they leave paper dust all over your mouth. NO GOOD!!!!

These use to be thick and quality napkins for the price but this last time I purchased a pack I noticed the quality completely changed. The napkins are flimsy, thin and cheap. You can see white lint being left when using these. I would not recommend.

Coarse Napkins are horrible! Contemplating returning them. Newspaper or mail order catalogs would be softer to wipe your fingers, hands definitely won't get them near my face again! I've been buying Membersmark napkins for over 30 years! NEVER AGAIN!

I'm extremely disappointed with this product that I purchase all the time. This time during this purchase I noticed that something changed about these Napkins. They shed and disintegrate while using. This product use to be good and priced reasonably but the price is up and the product quality EXTREMELY POOR. Member's Mark Brand should be a shame of the quality of this product. I will not purchase again unless they change back to a better quality Napkin

I don’t know what’s different now, but we have ordered these many times, and the quality has dropped significantly! They breakdown very quickly trying to wipe your hands and produce a lot of paper lint. You don’t want to use them over your plate or you would eat the napkins and if you tried to use them after eating a chicken leg, it would take a jackhammer to remove them from your fingers, very disappointing. I will be going to our local Dollar General to attain a higher quality napkin.

We have used these napkins for several years and thought they were so good I would have compared them with Bounty Napkins, awesome. Unfortunately they have changed and it takes 2 of the new ones we have received to equal one of the old ones. I am very disappointed in them.
