I have used these napkins for years. I am very disappointed something has changed. These napkins are now very rough and crinkle loudly. They are very hard on your hands and face, almost like exfoliating.

Very disappointed in the quality decline of these napkins in 2025...I've been buying this brand for so many years... now I'll have to switch to other brands.

I ran out of these napkins and kept forgetting to buy them. I now have them and the napkins are rough! They hurt my mouth and hands. Not buying again. Will use for wiping spills off the floor instead.

These are the best Napkins ever. The very best ones that are more better than any other napkins I have had. These I like most because they are strong & thick just like it says on the package & this by is very true. I would use these all the time & not no other kind of napkins that are cheap & tear up when you use them. These napkins don't tear at use & it'd what & why I like the most about these napkins when they don't tear at all. I really Thank you for the very best product of these napkins.

I have used these napkins for years and loved them. The last pack I bought was absolutely horrible! They leave lint everywhere and fall apart very easily. I will not buy them again until they change them back to the original. Why mess with something that was so good?!!!

Poor quality…falls apart

I've been using these for years and they were fine. I opened up a pack the other day and immediately noticed how thin and flimsy they have become. I don't know what corporate genius came up with the idea to turn these into a piece of useless junk, but if it were up to me, he would be looking for a new job right now.

This is a complete waste of money. Like all the other reviews, I agree, this product has drastically changed for the worse. A quality product has been cheapened and obviously not quality tested. Great disappointment. I want my money back. It is so bad, the product should be recalled.

We have been purchasing these for a few years and loved them...but now something has changed. They leave lint on your clothes and your mouth. We won't purchase them again. I am a school bookkeeper and get them for our school, but with this quality, we will change for our school use as well.
