I've bought these regularly for several years without any issue...the last pkg I bought is terrible...the napkins are stiff, abrasive & horrible. More like newspaper than napkins....so disappointing, I thought Sam's was better than that. No warning whatsoever of the product change.

I have used these napkins for years and just replaced in May 2024. Finally opened to use, the product has changed. Very rough, like wiping with a piece of paper. Product returned and will not purchase again until different vendor is used but hard to tell if you cannot test the product before buying. Go back to previous vendor so we have the same paper napkin.

We have been using these napkins for many years. They used to be strong and soft. This last package we purchased is HORRIBLE! The napkins fall apart and they crumble when you use them to wipe your mouth or hands. They shed little pieces all over the place. After lunch today, I had white specks all over my shirt and beard area from these. I will never purchase these again!!! It's a sad state when these companies go from making a good staple product to a cheap worthless product. I will now dumpster my 3 unopened packages and the rest of my recently opened package. If you have used these in the past and are looking to repurchase, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you are a new purchaser...you have been warned.

Our family has been buying these for years and years. You changed the formula/quality! Why? Cost cutting? Forcing ourselves to use the last sleeves in the pack, returned the new one we bought. Will buy these elsewhere until we know you have made better again. Never thought I would leave a review on napkins, but these are horrible. Disintegrating, flakey, dusty, worst napkin.

I am not sure when you changed providers of these napkins but on our most recent purchase I can tell you the quality has certainly gone downhill. The napkins are so hard and scratchy when I set one down it unfolded because it's almost like it is so stiff. Nothing like they've been in the past and I have been purchasing these religiously the past 10 years. I used to rate these a 4 but at most now a 1.
