I've been meaning to write this review for months as I just have to warn everyone - and hopefully the manufacturer, Member's Mark, will change back to the way it was. These used to be my favorite napkins. But something happened and they totally changed! They are NO longer firm and strong. They feel like mush! I hate using them as they feel like paper pulp recycled from used toilet paper. They don't even last during a meal if you need to wipe your hands and mouth a couple times, it feels like I have toilet paper left on my face. And for a messy meal like fried chicken I will grab the paper towels now because these are too yucky to be wiping hands and then touching finger food again. Sam's, Please go back to the way these used to be made!

Why in the world did you change these!?!? They were so beyond perfect and even better than top brands. If you changed to save money it was a mistake because you are going to lose customers, including myself. I’m donating all of mine because these are just awful.

I have used these napkins for years and just replaced in May 2024. Finally opened to use, the product has changed. Very rough, like wiping with a piece of paper. Product returned and will not purchase again until different vendor is used but hard to tell if you cannot test the product before buying. Go back to previous vendor so we have the same paper napkin.

These used to be the best napkins! They were like mini paper towels; just as absorbent, but softer. They're not the same. They cheaped out on us! Now they are so thin and break apart instantly when they get wet. They're like crunchy, one ply cafeteria, or cheap fast food napkins. Super disappointed.

Good product and price

Im not sure what you did to change how these are made, but the last couple packs Ive bought are horrible. If you have any moisture on your hands at all the napkin starts falling apart and leaves white fibers from the napkin all over your fingers to the point you have to grab several to get the white balls of napkin off. Pretty much I only use napkins when I have food on my hand so these are HORRIBLE. Please go back to the old formula. Im going back to bounty until these are better.

Good napkins

The new single-ply, thin sheets have a weird texture that makes it impossible to separate them without making a giant mess. Every month, another item is being replaced with a smaller, lower-quality "alternative." Looking forward to my Plus membership expiring in November.

I've been buying these for years, and they've been great for the price. I just broke out a new pack and something is way off...the napkins are overly-soft and start disintegrating when you use them, leaving messy lint on the table and your face. It's annoying to the point that I'll likely throw the pack away.

I have been buying these napkins for years. I don't know what change they have made but if your hands are damp, and you use this napkin, it leaves a grainy residue. I will not be buying them any longer. I don't understand why companies, that have a good thing going, make a change to cause the product to be no longer something you want.... Well, I do know. It's all about the profit.
