I have bought these Member Mark napkins for many years. I WILL NOT BUY THEM AGAIN. Something has changed with the makeup of these napkins. They literally fall apart. You are left with white napkins pieces on your face, clothes, etc. Your manufacturing process has changed and now they are unusable.

First time I've seen an everyday napkin at my Sam's and I jumped for joy! Now, I can stock up on ALL my paper goods in bulk. These do not disappoint. I find them sturdy, substantial and soft. I've even grabbed to use as a tissue a couple of times. Good product at a good price. ... as are all their paper products!

We have been using these napkins for years, and the last 4 pack I purchased in December has been awful. The napkins leave bits of lint everywhere- on your fingers, shirt, my hubby's beard, and the table. Now I have an entire pack of napkins that leave us looking more a mess than if we didn't use a napkin at all. What happened Sam's Club? 😕

Been buying these for years, and in the last few months they've gone from really good quality to very poor quality. Might as well go to Taco Bell or McDonald's and grab a handful of their paper napkins because these are now about the same quality. Thinner, less absorbent, just not what they used to be. Like most things these days. Lower quality, higher price. Won't be buying these anymore.

Good price for an average napkin. But they have an odor to them, kind of a cross between a wet dog and some sort of chemical plant smell. I thought maybe it was just the one box I ordered, but the next box was the same. Not sure why they smell so awful.

First time buying these. Soaking wet these napkins did not fall apart, they still held together to wipe off the grime on the plates before putting them in the dishwasher. We got them for everyday use instead of using up all our "nicer" Vanity Fair napkins. These are perfect for the cookout dinners out on the patio too. We will buy these again.

I purchased this item on 02-03-2025. Some people gave a negative review, but it depends what you are using them for. I use them as a UNIVERSAL tool. My daughter use them for her make-up issues, they are also good for wiping up kitchen spills, dusting and of course at the dinner table. Have ordered this item several times in the past. I recommend this product.

These are comparable to 1-ply napkins from name brands, but for less money. These are not 2 or 3-ply premium/deluxe napkins, so expectations should be reflective of this. For a basic napkin it gets the job done. Great value for the quantity vs cost. Will buy again.

These napkins are BARGAIN priced WITHOUT being cheapskate quality,these are affordable even for events & large families.They're pleasantly soft & very absorbent and reasonably thick.This is the ONLY brand I personally use,it's saved me a LOT of money without sacrificing quality.(:

Overall, a great product, however, the quality of the product is inconsistent. Inconsistent in quality. Some orders are so thin that they shred immediately when coming in contact with liquid. If you have a mustache, keep a mirror handy. This has happened many times, therefore, I will kindly report this issue to Sams.
