I have loved these napkins, but there was a change in the texture in the last bundle I bought. Now when I pull a napkin out of the napkin holder it pulls another napkin out with it. They stick together because of the coarseness of the surface.

Product was clearly downgraded. This new version is inferior and cheap feeling. Rough and thin in comparison to the prior version. Unlikely to buy these moving forward.

Have always purchased this brand, since it was comparable to a higher cost napkin. The last purchase a month ago was extremely disappointing. Quality has gone way down.

Thin paper is used now. You get tiny particles of rub off from these paper towel. It doesn't affect most usage. But you will see floaters in CPAP humidity tank. So sad these use to be top quality.

These napkins have always been a quality product at a reasonable price. The last package we purchased was awful. They are more like limp kleenex and leave lint all over you and your clothes. Probably won't purchase again.

We have used these for years but the last two orders will be our last. They are now so thin and cheap they are almost useless. The best comparison is the cheap fast food napkins that only hold up for one wipe and then fall to pieces.

5star rating and quit carrying them?Who is doing the ordering at Paducah sams?they need some serious eye openings . Also why stop carrying sweet n low. Businesses rely on certain items and all of a sudden you dont have that anymore.something is wrong with that. You always have tp,why not other big sellers?

I saw all the excellent reviews on this and decided to try it. I purchased these and they are great quality. I can dry my hands off with these like a paper towel without it disintegrating. They are much softer than a paper towel though but equally as strong.

I purchased these a few months ago. I now live with my 92 year old father who has a habit of leaving tissues and napkins in his pockets. These even hold up in the washer!!!! No ugly mess of tissue to clean up. They are now the only napkin I will purchase.

First time I've seen an everyday napkin at my Sam's and I jumped for joy! Now, I can stock up on ALL my paper goods in bulk. These do not disappoint. I find them sturdy, substantial and soft. I've even grabbed to use as a tissue a couple of times. Good product at a good price. ... as are all their paper products!
