I have been getting these napkins for years now, and have been very happy with them. The last package that I purchased  is very poor quality! They are more like made of crinkly, non-absorbent paper rather than the softer material of before. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I will try 1 more bag, but if this is the new version, I will not buy them again.

Newer ones are inferior

I am agreeing with others that the quality of these napkins has deteriorated.  I have been buying them for several years, but the last 2 times they have been horrible.  They just crumble in your hands.  I need to use 2 together.  I bought another pack hoping it was just a bad batch before, but they are the same.  Won't buy again.

Why in the world did you change these!?!? They were so beyond perfect and even better than top brands.
If you changed to save money it was a mistake because you are going to lose customers, including myself. I’m  donating all of mine because these are just awful.

I've been buying these for years, and they've been great for the price.  I just broke out a new pack and something is way off...the napkins are overly-soft and start disintegrating when you use them, leaving messy lint on the table and your face.  It's annoying to the point that I'll likely throw the pack away.

Change for the worse

I'm extremely disappointed with this product that I purchase all the time. This time during this purchase I noticed that something changed about these Napkins. They shed and disintegrate while using. This product use to be good and priced reasonably but the price is up and the product quality EXTREMELY POOR. Member's Mark Brand should be a shame of the quality of this product. I will not purchase again unless they change back to a better quality Napkin

These are not the super soft Vanity Fair napkin but they do the job for which they were intended without a lot of tearing or soaking through. They're a bit better quality than the discount store brand or the generic brand at the local grocery store. The diamond design appears to be stamped on haphazardly, with some napkins having  the diamonds lined up in a straight line and others with the pattern at an angle. It doesn't affect function though and is only noticeable when looking at them closely (which I did just for this review).  They seem to be a little smaller than normal. I think they're making these smaller than they were before the pandemic. These measure 5 3/4" x 6 1/4". I think they used to be 6"x6".While I wouldn't use these for a formal dinner or for company, they do the job just fine for everyday use, although you'll need more than one for a greasy or messy meal.

They're fine for the price.
