I had been buying this product for years because the quality was great, but that has recently changed. The last 2 times I have purchased it I noticed that something in the quality of the product changed. I will NOT buy this item again. The napkin disintegrates the moment you use it. It leaves a white paper residue on the hands, mouth, face and on whatever surface you use it. They seriously need to figure out what was done that changed this from a Great product to a Terrible one.I usually buy Members Mark products because I like the quality of them but with this one I'm highly disappointed 😞

I have used these napkins for years and just replaced in May 2024. Finally opened to use, the product has changed. Very rough, like wiping with a piece of paper. Product returned and will not purchase again until different vendor is used but hard to tell if you cannot test the product before buying. Go back to previous vendor so we have the same paper napkin.

Strong napkins.

I've been buying these napkins for as long as I can remember, and they used to be of excellent quality; the last pack I bought however was absolutely terrible! The napkins start to fall apart even as you pull them out of a napkin holder, let alone when you actually use them. I've always trusted Sam's Club to bring us quality products under the Member's Mark brand, but this has been a huge disappointment and makes me wonder if those days of great quality items at awesome prices are now gone.
