For the money this air pot is okay, doesn’t work as well as the ones in the coffee shops, I set the coffee machine for 6, I’m usually getting up shortly after , I pour the hot coffee in the air pot, so I get hot coffee for sure but my wife gets up a couple of hours later, she says it’s not as hot as we get from the Kuerig pods, at least it’s not on a burner getting toasted, I told her that’s why God made microwaves or just get up earlier.

I own a couple coffee shops and I prefer the Member's Mark airpots to other brands because they are the best balance of quality and value. They keep coffee hot and fresh much longer than other brands and they are pretty durable. They will definitely break if picked up a lot by the pump or dropped, but that's just mishandling and it happens with any airpot. Really good quality, fast pumps, and when you need to replace them eventually, it doesn't feel like an arm and a leg

A vary versatile hot or cold drink container that you can use anywhere you go. Easy to clean & maintain. Also, at a reasonable price.

When prepped with hot water it keeps coffee drinkable for up to 16 hours. Better than any other pump pot or thermos I have ever used.

Keeps coffee very hot but the lid cracked with the first use. Maybe too much coffee? Not sure why but seems like it should have been made better.

This is the 3rd & 4th airpot we have purchased. There was nothing wrong with the others, but they don't do well if dropped. Have no complaints on the product.
