I had this air pot in my office. When i needed one at home I was glad to be able to purchase the Members Mark once again. Much better than other brands I have experienced.

Keeps coffee very hot and fresh. GREAT for the holidays to keep up with all the coffee drinkers in the house. Great for keeping your coffee hot and fresh on a rainy-movie watching day.

I have bought 6 of these air pots. At first they are great but I’ve already had to replace 3 of them. They stop pumping well after months of use. If you are using them every day I recommend another brand but for occasional use they will be fine

Ship fast and double boxes to prevent damage. Hot water remains warm temperature after 12 hours. Wish the inside tubing is metal instead of plastic.

We ordered 3 airpots. They came in a large box without packing material and 2 out of the 3 were smashed. They're not available in store so I guess I'll have to try again

I bought two Airports and they both worked flawlessly over two days and nights. Kept hot water and coffee hot for hours at a time. The pumps worked great and the pots are easy to use. It's important not to use sticky liquids with them because cleaning the inside and bottom of the pot through the opening at the top will be difficult. They were delivered quickly and on time, which was awesome because I needed them on a tight deadline.

Bought this thermos to serve coffee for a family gathering. I tested this Airpot before the event with boiled water to see how long it keeps hot so I there won’t be any disappointment. To my total surprise the water was still very hot even after 2 days. I was super thrilled & the family event went well with piping hot coffee for everyone! Thanks to Sams Members Mark Airpot! I will strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants a good quality thermos!

This is almost exactly like the airport we have had and loved for several years. The only difference is the old one had a metal tube which brought the coffee up when the pump was used. The new one has a plastic tube which seems to work just as well. We began using the first airpot in order to keep our coffee hot and fresher than leaving it in the coffeemaker carafe. Now we are not sure we could survive without it!!!

I own a couple coffee shops and I prefer the Member's Mark airpots to other brands because they are the best balance of quality and value. They keep coffee hot and fresh much longer than other brands and they are pretty durable. They will definitely break if picked up a lot by the pump or dropped, but that's just mishandling and it happens with any airpot. Really good quality, fast pumps, and when you need to replace them eventually, it doesn't feel like an arm and a leg

Love our new Airpots! We bought a couple of these for holiday gatherings, and so far they have been wonderful. They are convenient, well-designed, and the glass interior keeps coffee hot all day long! Also, our guests seemed to enjoy them. For those of us who have big families, especially during holidays or special occasions, these are ideal. Instead of using a percolator which continues to "cook" coffee even after it stops perking, these Airpots simply keep the coffee hot...and fresh. AND they are so convenient that the coffee station is completely self-serve.
