Excellent Product

This is well made Airpot. I tested it having boiling water for 24hrs and it held the hot temperature of water really well, obviously it wasn't at boiling temperature after 24hrs, but water was still very very hot. But i can surely say, this Airpot will hold the exact temperature for 6 - 8 hrs. For its price and capacity, this is an excellent buy. The only consern for me is the inner tube is plastic, instead of stainless steel. I'm not sure how health safe having a plastic tube in high heat drinks.

Keep our beverage piping hot for hours!

This Airpot was exactly what we needed for our 1st annual pumpkin patch. It kept our apple cider piping hot for hours. This Airpot with the lever was easy to use, and the lever made it easy to serve.

Excellent and affordable carafe, lasts forever!

Excellent product, keeps my coffee hot all day long from mid-morning to supper time with no issues... probably longer if I left more in it by the end of the day. I've bought this item a couple of times, still using one from 5 yrs ago daily at home since new. The other was for traveling that I'm getting ready to replace cause it wasn't stored properly for too long at my parents. I'm real funny about letting coffee burn for hours, and it saves me a ton of money on wasting coffee like before having to make a fresh pot every couple of hours. One full pot lasts me all day now. This also has the glass insert, not stainless steel, which is much more affordable. If you want piping hot all day long, you might like a stainless steel version better, but this is honestly sufficient and lasts several hours just fine. Initially I was concerned about glass instead of stainless steel, but I've never had the glass break, scratch or get comprised at all with either carafe I've purchased from Sams Club. Highly recommend!

Great buy!

Great buy - I love this big flask. It is perfect for our outdoor picnics or bigger gatherings at home for tea/coffee lovers. I have already bought 3 of them for our friends n family :) This is glass insulated and not steel so my tea stays hot for good 5-6 hours.

Wonderful Airpot, shipping needs improvement

I love this Airpot, it is large enough to hold a 12 cup pot of coffee, and then some. It keeps coffee hot, the flow of the pump is wonderful. I've had trouble with the stand to hold the pump up in place. So, we have left it in position, as to not break the stand. It's not ideal, but, we're makin it work. The shipping has been unpleasant experience. I have order 2 Airpots 2 different shipping purchases. Of each shipping one pot came broken. I wish these were available in store for pickup, as they used to be, to avoid the breakage.

I have bought three of these flasks from Sams. I like the the big size that makes it perfect for our larger gatherings. Easy to dispense The cost is reasonable. I dislike how easily the hook in the lid breaks and suddenly makes the flask unusable. Also, my latest flask just bursted yesterday as I was putting hot tea in it. overall good.

Airpot is a good item

I LOVE my old Airpot because almost all the parts are stainless steel but this new one has more plastic : ( Not a fan of the plastic tube that sits in the hot liquids inside the thermos part. Prefer my stainless steel tube in the older model. Better made! Still an excellent product but hate to see plastic replacing stainless steel : /

1 Star for the airpot..5* for Sam's Customer Serv

We had a Sam's airpot for several years and it performed flawlessly. We just purchased this airpot and used it for three days and were very pleased with the looks and performance. We used it to keep drinks cold. Today, after using the airpot, there was still ice in the airpot and we poured more cold liquid into the pot to refill it and the glass liner shattered. Very disappointing. 1 Star for the airpot. Sam's was great about a full refund. 5 Stars for Sam's customer service.

Not happy with how it holds the heat.

I bought this to take to a market to showcase a cocoa mix. After about 4 hours the cocoa was lukewarm even though it was boiling when it went into the pot. I also primed the pot for 30 minutes by pouring in 212* water to heat it up before adding the cocoa. Disappointed.

Keeps coffee hot but.....

The airpot has great ability to keep coffee warm, but the box states, "easy cleaning"...laughable. I would like to see their idea of DIFFICULT cleaning!! First you have to remove the top, which the directions neglect to tell you HOW to remove the top. I figured that out and continued on with the directions..."clean interior with soft sponge or cloth", OK. In order to actually REACH the interior you have to REMOVE A SCREW!! They recommend using a bleach solution to pump through nozzle as well. If all that weren't enough, you then are given "directions" for cleaning the bellows, which is the pump assembly in the top. It tells you to apply pressure and release the bottom plate, well, I've applied about all the pressure I can short of breaking the thing and I still can't get it off. The rest of the directions go as follows,"Allow bellows to soak for 10 minutes in the disinfecting solution. After 2 minutes, gently squeeze the bellows and agitate the bellows. Repeat every two minutes. Remove the from the cleaning solution. The interior surface of the bellows is accessible through the large hole in one end of the bellows. Rinse the bellows in clean hot water to remove traces of the cleaning solution. If residue remains, insert a household disinfectant wipe into the large bellow's hole and hand wipe the surface." And this is AFTER you've already removed the screw to reach the inside... I don't have the time to adequately clean this thing and the directions don't indicate whether your supposed to do this intensive cleaning EVERY time or just occasionally. I so wanted to love this pot and if not for the cleaning...I would have kept it.
