The dimensions are wrong! I specifically made sure this would fit where I wanted to use it, but it’s listed as 13 inches in height. The correct height is 16 inches! Please fix it!

We use them every Sunday morning for our coffee bar. They work very well!

One arrived broken, the other was OK but seems pretty flimsy. I'm not thinking it will last too long under heavy use.

I use these to cater events in the area. They hold up pretty well for casual use. For a daily coffee shop use they wouldn't work though.

It will keep coffee hot for hours and it is great. How long depends on how full the thermos is.

Couldn't have asked for better. Kept water hot for at least 7 hours, and price was right.
