This water tastes good, don't have a problem with the caps like other reviewers. My complaint, is the quality of the bottles. I bought a case a week ago, and the plastic has been made so thin, that so far 4 of the bottles have sprung leaks. Two while they were still in packaging. I'm all about reducing my carbon footprint, but I'll buy the more pricey brand and get a bottle that isn't quite so cheap. We reuse the bottles and this isn't a bottle I'm interested having around my house/car/kids for any length of time.

I was extremely happy when I was trying to checkout ( scan and go), and for some reason, I couldn’t complete the transaction. I got the attention of Ella, I believe, she possibly was a supervisor and she came to my aid. She actually had to restart my order and she stayed with me until she was sure I wouldn’t have any more problems. I have had this problem or similar problems in the past & every employee I have asked had totally helped me out. Kudos to the team at the Sam’s in Thornton on Grant street!

It usually tastes fine, but something is wrong with a case (maybe both cases) I bought on June 29th, 2020. I would give 5 stars to the previous 100 cases I’ve bought. Anyone know how to get this water tested? Has there been a recall? I would love for Samsclub to contact me about this. Not sure how that works. The rest of my shopping experience was superb like always.

The lid is tiny (made with less plastic) so the bottle leaks water from the lid. Very annoying but the water taste great. Sometimes I buy another brand of water, if it's for my kids. They can't tell if the lid is on correctly (members mark) and water leaks all in the lunchbox and backpack.

One case of 40 16.9 fl oz bottles of members mark purified water, item 561914,had an odd taste to it, somewhat like flowers or fruit. Stamped on package: Best by 14SEP2025 ALN3 2031. I ended up throwing them out. Don't care about the money, just wish they'd have better quality control with their provider.

This water was been a staple in our house for years, we love it. The new recycled bottles are so thin they bust in the package. I don’t have the time to return them so I am stuck moving them to different bottles. Figure out a way to make the recycled bottles stronger.

You cant beat the price, plus there is no after taste and the water is not flat tasting like some others that are in the same price range. I agree that the bottle has less plastic than other brands but it has never been a problem for my family and friends. We use about 10 cases of water every two weeks and this has been the best for a long time

Just sitting here and realized this Sam’s Club water has the same kind of salt we use on our driveway and baking soda in it! Not sure if that’s new or not but pretty sure it’s not necessary! And I have high blood pressure and watch my salt! No wonder my ankles are always swelling!

The water is fine, but the curbside pick up is not. I would not recommend curbside pick up to anyone. I am a preferred member and waited an hour and a half in my car while others had deliveries brought out and they left. New customers drove up and were serviced before me. I went inside and talked to the supervisor as well as My husband that talked to another supervisor. When they finally came out with our order, another angry customer who had been waiting was screaming at them and they were so confused they took our order and started to bring it back inside. My husband ran after them and told them to immediately bring it back to our vehicle.
