I don’t know what happened but I got a bad batch of waters. I took a sip and immediately threw up. Smelled like pine-Sol and chlorine. The smell lingers in the air. My father in law could smell it as soon as he came into the living room.

Best valued bottled water by far. Usually stock up for the fridge and hurricane season. The only issue ever is the bottles are always filled differently, which is fine.... but, eh! Sometimes having squishy bottles is annoying.

I'm sitting in Sunday School, on a padded cushion, hoping it will soak up all the water that just leaked out of my cheap Sam's water bottle. It doesn't happen all the time, just when it is most inconvenient. They have changed the caps, making them smaller and they are very prone to leaking or to just pop off, completely. I noticed when I felt the cold filling my back pocket. Also, I've embarrassed myself many times handling these noisy plastic bottles while in a roomful of people. I'm slowly switching to smaller bottles that are easier to manage. On the plus side, these are the cheapest water bottles you can get and the water tastes good.

You cant beat the price, plus there is no after taste and the water is not flat tasting like some others that are in the same price range. I agree that the bottle has less plastic than other brands but it has never been a problem for my family and friends. We use about 10 cases of water every two weeks and this has been the best for a long time

One case of 40 16.9 fl oz bottles of members mark purified water, item 561914,had an odd taste to it, somewhat like flowers or fruit. Stamped on package: Best by 14SEP2025 ALN3 2031. I ended up throwing them out. Don't care about the money, just wish they'd have better quality control with their provider.

I bought 3 packs of these and I opened a bottle and it tasted like dog!!! I smelled it and it had an odor, the seal was untampered. So I tried a bottle from each pack all of them had the same problem. None of these bottles were tampered with they all had the seal..members mark I will never trust it again!!!

Come on Sam's! Let's bring back the shipping option for water. Paywall it behind the plus membership if you feel you have to, but having water shipped was one of the biggest membership perks. We all know how bad fedex is, but that shouldn't prevent everyone from having the option.

I know many companies are trying to be more environmentally friendly by reducing the amount of plastic in their bottles... but come on... these can hardly be called bottles, you might as well call them bags, they are so thin. I have many times spilled water by trying to pick up a full bottle and the plastic is so thin that water spills out all over the floor. Notice how the bottles must be transported with cardboard around the bottom, unlike the previous model (Model #02847). Model # 02847 was great! We honestly kept our Sam's Membership just because of the great deal on water. We probably will not be renewing this year as this new model is useless. Please bring Model # 02847 back to stores!

I have bought this brand of water for years but today after we paid for them i opened a bottle to drink some, i was really thirsty and there was a really bad smell! I opened two more bottles and they smelled really bad! I returned them and bought a different brand.

The water is fine, but the curbside pick up is not. I would not recommend curbside pick up to anyone. I am a preferred member and waited an hour and a half in my car while others had deliveries brought out and they left. New customers drove up and were serviced before me. I went inside and talked to the supervisor as well as My husband that talked to another supervisor. When they finally came out with our order, another angry customer who had been waiting was screaming at them and they were so confused they took our order and started to bring it back inside. My husband ran after them and told them to immediately bring it back to our vehicle.
