This is the first time that I've ever purchased bottled water. I have a whole house water softener and filter and the filtered water out of the fridge has been fine. Due to a recent water main break, boiled or bottled water is recommended. This fills the void.

Well I am happy with this item and used to purchase in the store I'm no longer able to because it's too heavy and even from the car is too heavy when I'm home and my partner has back issues now so I had to have it delivered and I had to pay delivery free or spend $50 which is not the greatest. They didn't use to do that so unfortunately no more free delivery other than that I'm happy with the water and I hope it lasts a while

This has been a staple in our home since we became members several years ago. However, over the last year the bottles have become thinner and thinner. This can make it a bit difficult to open the bottles without spilling some water when twisting off the cap. Inconvenient but still a must have

On 3 separate occasions there have 1 to 2 bottles that had leaks, holes or deformed bottles. Sam's is not close so going back to exchange is not worth the cost of gas. The pricing and taste of the water is good. I just feel shorted each time there is a loss of product.

Some bottles have a funny taste. More care should be taken into the quality of this bottle water. Some times all cases we buy are good, and sometimes we find lots of water bottles tasting like the filter was not changed. Sometimes we find a mix, where, some bottles taste like if they have hot peppers, some taste like chemicals, and others like if the filter was not changed on time. Where is the quality lab?

I bought these for the first time because of the low price. I will not buy these again. The lid is very small thus hard to grip and open. Definitely a choking hazard. The bottles are flimsy. When trying to unscrew the lid, the bottle collapses inward from the pressure of your other hand. Water runs down the bottle. I’d rather spend more money for a sturdier bottle and bigger lid.

Normally I like it but I the last pack I got, upon opening and trying to stack them in the fridge, they were all falling over and couldn't stand up. They were warped from excessive heat in the delivery truck. I don't want anymore forever chemicals in my body. I was going to take some on a long road trip with me but I had to get a pack from a grocery store. I just got home and I haven't hat time to toss them out yet which I will do today since it's garbage day.. i may try them again this winter when the weather is colder

The water is always good, but I've noticed for the last 4 or 5 months it's hard to twist off the caps on the water bottles. I'm 72 and maybe my hands are weak now. But I think they need to look at these water bottles and see if the manufacturer could make the caps easier to twist off.

Opened up a bottle and it smelled horrible almost made me want to throw up. I will not purchase this water anymore.

Be careful when buying bottle water from Sams. We had 6 bottles leaking and 2 were completely empty, and the person who loaded in the car knew that but didn't care.
