These are extremely sharp. I cut myself 4 times trying to get them out of the package. Great price.

The wide thin blades take and hold a nice sharp edge, perfect for slicing. dicing, and fine trimming of meats fruits and vegetables.

Nice set of knives. Really sharp right out of the package. The quality is there, don't let the price steer you away.

Poor quality, the blade chipped a month or 2 after regular use. The handle is also very hard and slippery.

Thr knives themselves are good. However, some how even cutting the knife out of the packaging resulted in me being stabbed in the leg requiring stitches because of the old fashioned clam style package.

Was just slicing cabbage with the larger knife and the blade flew off. It broke right where it goes into the handle. Thank goodness we were all wearing shoes!
