I use Emergen-C to help combat the development of a cold. For me, it seems to help. I only take it when I'm feeling the symptoms of the beginning of a cold coming on.

It fizzes like Alka-Seltzer did years ago. If you can tolerate the fizzing, you will find the product helpful. Tangerine flavor tastes best. Product works well.
