Stop your cold/flu from becoming severe

This won't cure your cold or flu. But I think it does help to stop your flu symptoms from getting worst because it got a lot of Vitamin C to build up your immune system. When I start feeling sick, I take one pack a day, but it still takes me a month to completely recover as I have runny nose, built up in throat, coughing. I can't prove it, but I do feel it holds symptoms from developing further. And it tastes good with hot water and your throat is hurting.
