This won't cure your cold or flu. But I think it does help to stop your flu symptoms from getting worst because it got a lot of Vitamin C to build up your immune system. When I start feeling sick, I take one pack a day, but it still takes me a month to completely recover as I have runny nose, built up in throat, coughing. I can't prove it, but I do feel it holds symptoms from developing further. And it tastes good with hot water and your throat is hurting.

In my household of 3 not including a dog (patsy) and a cat (name not important) I am the only one that can go anywhere from a year to a year and a half without as much of a sneeze! I'm not saying this stuff is the cure for cancer, but it will help fight off the nasty germs that are collected from day to day!!! I have purchased this item many times over the years but I’ve never had the experience that I’ve had with this one purchased at SAMS. It’s been stored somewhere damp. Moisture caused the powder to clump and therefore the product needs plenty of stirring to dissolve it. I hope it’s still effective.

Lately every variety pack that I have purchased from Sam's has had at least 2-3 packets in each box have some sign of a moisture issue. Either the powder is hard and stuck together or I can actually see moisiture in the packet where the powder is stuck together.
