This won't cure your cold or flu. But I think it does help to stop your flu symptoms from getting worst because it got a lot of Vitamin C to build up your immune system. When I start feeling sick, I take one pack a day, but it still takes me a month to completely recover as I have runny nose, built up in throat, coughing. I can't prove it, but I do feel it holds symptoms from developing further. And it tastes good with hot water and your throat is hurting.

Love Emergen-C we buy it for our preschool teachers. It helps us get through those days we feel like we are catching a cold. Personally one of the best inventions ever, and it works.

I have been taking this daily since October. When all of my coworkers began passing around the cold, I avoided it thanks to this product! It is easy to take and tastes great!

Great way to stay healthy

Recipient to whom the Emergen-C product was sent is pleased with the product.. The product arrived at the specified time. The package was intact and in good condition as well as the contents inside. Recipient has used and loves the Super Orange and the Tangerine flavors. Reponds that the Raspberry is a great flavor also.

I have enjoyed this for a few years - and share it with my family members. Some vitamin C supplements have been irritating with modest sores in my mouth, gums and lips – but this product does not irritate me. The energy lift is a better quality than coffee. Coffee gives me more ‘buzz’ than lift. Emergen-C does not create inability to focus like caffeine

Taste is good, my favorite is the Tangerine. This is good for those days when you are feeling under the weather, when you feel something coming on, or when someone around you has the cold and you want to take caution! This deal is a great value! Will be repurchasing.

I have purchased this item many times over the years but I've never had the experience that I've had with this one purchased at SAMS. It's been stored somewhere damp. Moisture caused the powder to clump and therefore the product needs plenty of stirring to dissolve it. I hope it's still effective.

Lately every variety pack that I have purchased from Sam's has had at least 2-3 packets in each box have some sign of a moisture issue. Either the powder is hard and stuck together or I can actually see moisiture in the packet where the powder is stuck together.

It has maltodextrin. it is a highly processed carbohydrate with a very high glycemic index (85–136), often exceeding table sugar, which causes rapid blood sugar spikes and energy crashes
