In my household of 3 not including a dog (patsy) and a cat (name not important) I am the only one that can go anywhere from a year to a year and a half without as much of a sneeze! That's due to a lot of excerising, eating right and the heavy amount of Vit-C packs that I take in. I'm not saying this stuff is the cure for cancer, but it will help fight off the nasty germs that are collected from day to day!!! So give it a shot and see what happens, only thing that could is you don't get sick as easy...
