In my household of 3 not including a dog (patsy) and a cat (name not important) I am the only one that can go anywhere from a year to a year and a half without as much of a sneeze! That's due to a lot of excerising, eating right and the heavy amount of Vit-C packs that I take in. I'm not saying this stuff is the cure for cancer, but it will help fight off the nasty germs that are collected from day to day!!!
