Emergen-C is an absolute "must have" as an electrolyte replacement during outdoor activities as summer heats up. During episodes of extreme heat recovery is nearly instantaneous with this refreshing drink. I wouldn't consider going a summer without it especially now as climate change drives temperatures up to such dangerous levels!

When you have a hint of a sniffle or cold take one packet two times a day in juice or water and after a day or two all symptoms disappear.

I really enjoyed this as well as my girls, until 1 day I just so happened see that there is CARAMEL COLOR IN THE RASPBERRY FLAVOR! LIKE WHY?? Then you list it as NO artificial ingredients, No artificial flavors...I wonder what fruit caramel color is derived from....as if fructose and maltodextrin (corn) wasn't enough! It doesn't take all the extra stuff! We're just trying to keep our immunity up!

Love the product, wish they would have option to not have Raspberry....
