When you have a hint of a sniffle or cold take one packet two times a day in juice or water and after a day or two all symptoms disappear.

I really enjoyed this as well as my girls, until 1 day I just so happened see that there is CARAMEL COLOR IN THE RASPBERRY FLAVOR! LIKE WHY?? Then you list it as NO artificial ingredients, No artificial flavors...I wonder what fruit caramel color is derived from....as if fructose and maltodextrin (corn) wasn't enough! It doesn't take all the extra stuff! We're just trying to keep our immunity up!

I took and made me feel nauseated for about three hours. My son took it and made him have to go to bathroom. Just was not the thing for us.
