Emergen-C Vitamin C 1000mg Powder with Antioxidants Fizzy Drink Mix, 90 ct.

The raspberry tastes ok, but the orange isn't good and the tangerine is abominable. Gave an extra star because they don't have artificial sweeteners.

I've used this product for several years now and find it really assists in staving off cold symptoms.  This large assortments makes it inexpensive, so it's all good!!!

It has maltodextrin. it is a highly processed carbohydrate with a very high glycemic index (85–136), often exceeding table sugar, which causes rapid blood sugar spikes and energy crashes

Alert: maltodextrin inside

This won't cure your cold or flu. But I think it does help to stop your flu symptoms from getting worst because it got a lot of Vitamin C to build up your immune system. When I start feeling sick, I take one pack a day, but it still takes me a month to completely recover as I have runny nose, built up in throat, coughing.  I can't prove it, but I do feel it holds symptoms from developing further.  And it tastes good with hot water and your throat is hurting.
