I use it to adhere name tags to desks, put up art projects on old brick walls in the hallway, and even for mending books! This is the only tape that will keep my students' art projects hanging on the wall. I love the stuff and would never begin the school year without it! Thanks for a great product!

We pack our orders, tape them up, ship and forget it. We use a number of tapes but the packaging tape is used the most. We have NEVER had a problem!! I've had a problem in the past with cheap brands which are hard to peel from the roll, so I only use Scotch now. But now I have many rolls that are unusable because I cannot peel the edge of the tape from the roll after first use, or if I use a knife and manage to peel some off, it splits into tiny strips. Very frustrating! I came here looking for tips and found many other users with the same problem, and each time Scotch just responds to call them. I work at night, after hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packing tape was hard to find the edge, needs a strip for easier starting. Easy to use cutting edge and flexible red dispenser is easy to locate. Over all is a good packing tape. Holds well on boxes of all sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had to help my child move across country. We used the heavy duty shipping tape on the heavier boxes. It adhered to the boxes perfectly and was easy to tear off. Those heavy boxes survied the move and arrived still sealed. I wouldn't use any other brand of tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only kind of packing tape to use! Other kinds get wadded when you try to take them off the roll, etc. This tape always goes where you put it and stays there!! It is very durable and usually takes only one strip!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the thickest and strongest-holding shipping tape I have ever used. It is also clear enough to put over shipping barcodes for protection. The packaging is also sturdy and provides the perfect housing for the tape that allows easy tearing. I highly recommend this tape over any other brand for shipping packages.

The design of the dispenser needs a lot of improvement. After cutting a piece of tape from the whole, there is no where to put the part of the tape that is remaining. If I leave the tape under the tabs near the cutter, it is impossible to store the dispenser. Basically, the design is ineffective and inconvenient.

This tape was very easy to get started, pull out to dispense the tape and tear pieces off. I was able to do it very easy and fast. I also love that the tape even feels thicker and durable. I was able to send our phone back with piece of mind knowing it was secure with this tape. I'm very pleased with it and will buy more when i need it.
